Claims (18)
1. Uređaj za mušku kontracepciju za dobivanje vremenski ograničene sterilnosti pojedinačnog muškog sisavca, koji sadrži:
implantabilni restrikcijski uređaj (660A, 6608) prilagođen za ograničavanje lumena sjemenovoda sisavaca, i
kontroler (600) koji radi tako da kontrolira restrikcijski uređaj za ograničavanje lumena sjemenovoda tijekom kontroliranog razdoblja kako bi se spriječilo da spermiji dođu do uretre sisavca, pri čemu restrikcijski uređaj sadrži
uređaj za stimulaciju (3) koji sadrži najmanje jedan od električnog elementa i elementa za hlađenje, konfiguriranih da električno ili toplinski stimuliraju tkivnu stijenku sjemenovoda, kako bi se ograničio lumen sjemenovoda tako da je ograničen protok sperme u sjemenovodu, te naznačen time što kontroler sadrži
kontrolni uređaj (4) prilagođen za upravljanje uređajem za stimulaciju da:
toplinski, putem hlađenja pomoću elementa za hlađenje, stimulira dio stijenke tako da uzrokuje sužavanje dijela stijenke kako bi se ograničio sjemenovod tako da se spriječi da protok sperme u sjemenovodu dođe do uretre, čime se dobiva vremenski ograničena sterilnost, i/ili
električno, pomoću električnog elementa, stimulira najmanje prvo i drugo područje dijela stijenke u nizu tako da uzrokuje sužavanje dijela stijenke kako bi se ograničio lumen sjemenovoda tako da se spriječi da protok sperme u sjemenovodu dođe do uretre, čime se dobiva vremenski ograničena sterilnost.
2. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što restrikcijski uređaj sadrži mehanički ili hidraulički upravljani uređaj za stezanje (2, 27, 68, 97, 194, 206, 213, 300) prilagođen da ograniči odabrani dio stijenke u suženo stanje u kojem je cirkulacija krvi u dijelu sužene stijenke u osnovi neograničena i protok u sjemenovodu je najmanje ograničen, te pri čemu je kontrolni uređaj nadalje prilagođen za upravljanje uređajem za stimulaciju tako da uzrokuje sužavanje dijela stijenke, kada se dio stijenke drži u suženom stanju pomoću uređaja za stezanje.
3. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen da kontrolira uređaj za stezanje radi podešavanja stezanja dijela stijenke pacijenta, te pri čemu je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen za upravljanje uređajima za suženje i stimulaciju neovisno jedan o drugom.

Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen za operativno upravljanje uređajem za stezanje radi prilagođavanja stezanja dijela stijenke sjemenovoda kod pacijenta, te pri čemu je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen upravljanju uređajem za stimulaciju da stimulira dio stijenke, dok kontrolni uređaj upravlja uređajem za stezanje kako bi promijenio suženje dijela stijenke, te pri čemu je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen kalibriranju uređaja za stezanje upravljanjem uređajem za stimulaciju koji stimulira dio stijenke sjemenovoda dok upravlja uređajem za stezanje radi podešavanja stezanja dijela stijenke sjemenovoda dok se ne postigne željeno ograničenje protoka sperme u lumenu sjemenovoda.
5. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen da kontrolira uređaj za stimulaciju u prvom načinu rada radi stimuliranja suženog dijela stijenke tako da u potpunosti zaustavlja protok u sjemenovodu i u drugom načinu rada da prestane sa stimulacijom dijela stijenke tako da omogući protok u sjemenovodu.
6. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što kontrolni uređaj sadrži ručno upravljani prekidač (114) za uključivanje i isključivanje uređaja za stezanje i/ili uređaja za stimulaciju, te je prekidač prilagođen za supkutanu implantaciju pacijentu kako bi se njime ručno upravljalo izvan tijela pacijenta.
7. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je uređaj za stezanje konstruiran da normalno održava odabrani dio stijenke pacijenta u suženom stanju, u kojem je cirkulacija krvi u dijelu sužene stijenke uglavnom neograničena i protok sperme u sjemenovodu je barem ograničen, pri čemu kontrolni uređaj upravlja uređajem za stimulaciju radi stimuliranja suženog dijela stijenke tako da uzrokuje njegovo sužavanje, tako da se izlazni otvor smanjuje kako bi se dodatno ograničilo, ali ne i zaustavilo protok u sjemenovodu, pri čemu kontrolni uređaj radi tako da upravlja uređajem za stimulaciju u prvom načinu rada da stimulira stegnuti dio stijenke sjemenovoda tako da uzrokuje njegovo sužavanje, tako da se zaustavi protok sperme u lumen sjemenovoda, te pri čemu kontrolni uređaj radi tako da upravlja uređajem za stimulaciju u drugom načinu rada da prestane sa stimulacijom dijela stijenke sjemenovoda tako da omogući protok sperme u lumen sjemenovoda.
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6, naznačen time što je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen da upravlja uređajem za stimulaciju radi podešavanja intenziteta stimulacije dijela stijenke kao odgovor na osjetni fizički parametar pacijenta ili funkcionalni parametar uređaja.

Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen za upravljanje uređajem za stimulaciju radi povećanja intenziteta stimulacije kao odgovora na osjetni porast tlaka u lumenu sjemenovoda, tako da protok sperme ostaje zaustavljen, te pri čemu uređaj nadalje sadrži senzor konfiguriran da prati fizički parametar pacijenta koji se odnosi na tlak u lumenu sjemenovoda, kontrolni uređaj radi tako da upravlja uređajem za stimulaciju kao odgovor na signale iz senzora, pri čemu je fizički parametar tlak u tijelu pacijenta i senzor je senzor tlaka.
10. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen za upravljanje uređajem za stimulaciju da isprekidano i pojedinačno stimulira različita područja dijela stijenke sjemenovoda, tako da se najmanje dva područja stimuliraju u različitim vremenskim točkama, a pri čemu je kontrolni uređaj funkcionalan za upravljanje uređajem za stimulaciju da povremeno stimulira svako područje različitih područja dijela stijenke sjemenovoda tijekom uzastopnih vremenskih razdoblja, pri čemu je svako vremensko razdoblje dovoljno kratko da tijekom vremena održi zadovoljavajuću cirkulaciju krvi u tom području sve do proteka vremenskog razdoblja, ili
područja dijela stijenke sjemenovoda, tako da područje dijela stijenke sjemenovoda koje trenutno nije stimulirano ima vremena da uspostavi u osnovi normalnu cirkulaciju krvi prije nego što uređaj za stimulaciju ponovno stimulira to područje.
11. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen za upravljanje uređajem za stimulaciju za stimuliranje različitih područja dijela stijenke premještanjem stimulacije s vremena na vrijeme s jednog područja na drugo, ili premještanjem stimulacije s vremena na vrijeme s jednog područja na drugo.

Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-11, naznačen time što je kontrolni uređaj prilagođen za upravljanje uređajem za stimulaciju da povremeno i pojedinačno električno stimulira različita područja dijela stijenke sjemenovoda s električnim impulsima, te pri čemu uređaj za stimulaciju sadrži najmanje jedan električni element za zahvaćanje dijela stijenke sjemenovoda i za stimuliranje dijela stijenke sjemenovoda s električnim impulsima.

Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što impulsi tvore niz impulsa, i pri čemu kontrolni uređaj radi tako da upravlja uređajem za stimulaciju da varira najmanje jedan od slijedećih parametara impulsa: isključena vremenska razdoblja između pojedinačnih impulsa svakog impulsnog niza, isključena vremenska razdoblja između nizova impulsa, širinu svakog impulsa nizova impulsa, duljinu svakog impulsnog niza, impulsne amplitude impulsa nizova impulsa, frekvenciju impulsa nizova impulsa, frekvenciju nizova impulsa, te broj impulsa svakog impulsnog niza, pri čemu se najmanje prvo područje i drugo područje područja dijela stijenke sjemenovoda više puta stimuliraju s prvim nizom impulsa nizova impulsa i drugi niz impulsa nizova impulsa, redom, tako da su prvi i drugi nizovi impulsa tijekom vremena pomaknuti jedan u odnosu na drugi, i pri čemu se prvo područje stimulira s prvim nizom impulsa dok drugo područje nije stimulirano s drugim nizom impulsa, i suprotno, ili prvi i drugi nizovi impulsa pomaknuti su jedan u odnosu na drugi tako da se prvi i drugi nizovi impulsa barem djelomično međusobno preklapaju.
14. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 12 ili 13, naznačen time što dio stijenke sjemenovoda uključuje mišićna vlakna i uređaj za stimulaciju stimulira s električnim impulsima dio stijenke uključujući mišićna vlakna, tako da uzrokuje sužavanje mišićnih vlakana da bi se stegnuo dio stijenke.

Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12-14, naznačen time što uređaj za stimulaciju sadrži mnoštvo električnih elemenata (7) i strukturu koja drži električne elemente u fiksnoj orijentaciji jedan prema drugom, struktura je integrirana ili odvojena od uređaja za sužavanje, i pri čemu električni elementi tvore izduženi uzorak električnih elemenata i struktura je primjenjiva na sjemenovod tako da se izduženi uzorak električnih elemenata proteže duž sjemenovoda i elementi se oslanjaju na odgovarajuća područja dijela stijenke sjemenovoda.

Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12-14, naznačen time što uređaj za stimulaciju sadrži mnoštvo električnih elemenata (7) i kontrolni uređaj je prilagođen za upravljanje uređajem za stimulaciju radi električnog napajanja električnih elemenata, poželjno za cikličko napajanje svakog elementa s električnim impulsima, i pri čemu kontrolni uređaj radi tako da upravlja uređajem za stimulaciju za napajanje električnih elemenata, tako da se istodobno napaja određeni broj ili skupina električnih elemenata ili tako da se električni elementi napajaju jedan po jedan u nizu ili se skupine električnih elemenata uzastopno napajaju, bilo slučajno ili u skladu s unaprijed određenim obrascem.

Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 12-14, naznačen time što uređaj za stimulaciju sadrži mnoštvo električnih elemenata (7) i električni elementi tvore mnoštvo skupina elemenata, skupine tvore nizove skupina koje se protežu duž pacijentovog sjemenovoda, kada se uređaj za stimulaciju primjenjuje na sjemenovod, električni elementi svake skupine električnih elemenata tvore put od elemenata koji se protežu duž sjemenovoda, ili najmanje djelomično ili u potpunosti oko sjemenovoda, i pri čemu kontrolni uređaj radi tako da upravlja uređajem za stimulaciju da uzastopno napaja skupine električnih elemenata u nizu skupina u smjeru suprotnom, ili u istom smjeru kao, smjera protoka sperme u lumenu sjemenovoda, kada je uređaj za stimulaciju primijenjen na sjemenovod, ili
za uzastopno napajanje skupina električnih elemenata u nizu skupina iz položaja koji je u osnovi u središtu stegnutog dijela stijenke sjemenovoda u smjeru suprotnom i u istom smjeru kao i smjer protoka sperme u lumenu sjemenovoda, kada se uređaj za stimulaciju primjenjuje na sjemenovod.
18. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je uređaj za stimulaciju prilagođen za toplinsku stimulaciju dijela stijenke sjemenovoda, bilo hlađenjem stegnutog dijela stijenke sjemenovoda tako da uzrokuje kontrakciju dijela stijenke sjemenovoda ili zagrijavanjem dijela stijenke sjemenovoda, kada se dio stijenke sjemenovoda steže i stišće, bi se izazvalo širenje dijela stijenke sjemenovoda.
