Claims (13)
1. Uređaj (14) za mrvljenje korijenskih usjeva, poželjno na komade koji su u osnovi jednake veličine, koji sadrži:
- glavni okvir (15) koji ima ulaznu stranu (20) i izlaznu stranu (22);
- dovod (13) korijenskih usjeva na ulaznoj strani;
- najmanje jednu osovinu (40, 41, 42, 43) za mrvljenje podržanu za rotiranje u glavnom okviru, pri čemu osovina za mrvljenje ima više zakrivljenih kuka (60), po mogućnosti zakrivljenih u smjeru rotacije osovine za mrvljenje;
- nerotirajuće grablje (80, 82) za rezanje koje imaju mnoštvo udubljenja (89) i koje formiraju kontraoštricu za kuke i grablje za čišćenje pored ili nasuprot grablja za rezanje za uklanjanje komada korijenskih usjeva sa kuka,
pri čemu su kuke raspoređene za isprepletano pomicanje sa navedenim udubljenjima nerotirajućih grablja, naznačen time da uređaj sadrži uređaj (100) za uklanjanje začepljenja za uklanjanje zaglavljenih korijenskih usjeva sa grablja za rezanje ili grablja za čišćenje, pri čemu uređaj za uklanjanje začepljenja uključuje jedan ili više elemenata (101, 102, 103) koji su pokretni nagore ili u bilo kojem drugom smjeru za pomicanje zaglavljenih korijenskih usjeva kako bi se ponovo doveli u položaj u kojem se mogu zakačiti kukama.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što zakrivljene kuke (60) sadrže dio oštrice na vrhu i/ili sužavaju se prema vrhu.
3. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su zakrivljene kuke (60) razmještene jedna u odnosu na drugu, osigurane oko opsega osovine (40, 41, 42, 43) za mrvljenje.
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su zakrivljene kuke (60) međusobno pomaknute za vrijednost u opsegu od 10 mm do 100 mm.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su zakrivljene kuke (60) fiksirane za osovinu (40, 41, 42, 43) za mrvljenje tako da se mogu uklanjati.
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su grablje (80, 82) za rezanje podesive po visini za podešavanje vertikalne udaljenosti od navedene osovine (40, 41, 42, 43) za mrvljenje.
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sadrži rezervoar (13) na ulaznoj strani (20) okvira (15).
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji sadrži komplet prvih i drugih osovina (40, 41, 42, 43) za mrvljenje koje su podržane u navedenom okviru (15), koje su postavljene za kontra-rotaciju, naznačen time što su osigurane jedne grablje između osovina koje imaju suprotno raspoređene izbočine i udubljenja (88, 89).
9. Uređaj (1) za određivanje komponenata u korijenskim usjevima, koji sadrži:
- uređaj za mrvljenje korijenskih usjeva prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 8 za osiguravanje toka izmrvljenih korijenskih usjeva (24);
- transportni uređaj (2) za transport toka izmrvljenih korijenskih usjeva;
- izjednačavajući valjak (6) za homogenizaciju toka izmrvljenih korijenskih usjeva; i
- mjerni uređaj (4) za identifikaciju i kvantifikaciju sastojaka.
10. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što je ispod transportnog uređaja (2) osiguran nosač (25) za podržavanje pritiska valjka (6).
11. Postupak za usitnjavanje korijenskih usjeva na komade koji su u osnovi iste veličine, koji sadrži:
- mrvljenje korijenskih usjeva na fine komadiće koji su u osnovi iste veličine korištenjem uređaja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8.
12. Postupak (200) za određivanje komponenata u korijenskim usjevima, koji sadrži sljedeći redoslijed koraka:
- mrvljenje korijenskih usjeva na fine komadiće koji su u osnovi iste veličine (201) pomoću uređaja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8;
- generiranje toka finih komadića korijenskih usjeva (202) i transport finih komadića korijenskih usjeva (24) uz pomoć transportnog uređaja (5);
- homogenizacija ili ravnomjerno raspoređivanje finih komadića korijenskih usjeva u toku (203);
- ozračivanje toka finih komadića korijenskih usjeva svjetlošću bliskog infracrvenog opsega (204);
- snimanje reflektiranog i/ili apsorbiranog zračenja (205);
- pretvaranje zračenja u spektralni signal (206); i
- obrada spektralnog signala za određivanje komponenata (207).
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, koji sadrži:
- ravnomjerno snabdijevanje korijenskih usjeva do uređaja (14) za mrvljenje korijenskih usjeva, tako da se korijenski usjevi mogu slobodno kretati i opružiti na osovinama (40, 41, 42, 43) za rezanje.
