Claims (17)

1. Pripravak namijenjen ishrani neljudskog sisavca, po mogućnosti biljojeda, naznačen time što sadrži smjesu nusproizvoda destilacije žita ili proizvodnje piva uz ili bez topljivih tvari (DDG i DDGS), topljive tvari iz žitnih koncentrata (CDS) i smjesu prebiotičkih vlakana, probiotika, aminokiselina, proteina, ω-3, lignana, te probavnih enzima dobivenih iz pšenice, zobi, ječmenog slada, lana, lanenog brašna i prehrambenog kvasca Saccharomyces cerevisiae, gdje navedene žitarice se fermentira uz pomoć navedenog prehrambenog kvasca Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
2. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se težinski omjer između topljivih tvari iz žitnih koncentrata i nusproizvoda destilacije žita ili proizvodnje piva uz ili bez topljivih tvari kreće u rasponu od 1/1 do 5/1, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 2/1 do 4/1.
3. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što topljive tvari iz žitnih koncentrata predstavljaju 41% do 80%, po mogućnosti 65% do 75%, težinski, ukupne težine pripravka.
4. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što nusproizvodi destilacije žita ili proizvodnje piva uz ili bez topljivih tvari predstavljaju iz 15% do 40%, po mogućnosti 21% do 28%, težinski, ukupne težine pripravka.
5. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži jedan ili više sastojaka koje se bira između eteričnih ulja, biljnih ekstrakata, humata, poput leonardita, treseta, aluminosilikata, tanina, lanenog sjemena, polifenola, saponina, algi i ekstrakta algi, poput mikroalgi, primjerice spiruline ili makroalgi primjerice zelenih, crvenih ili smeđih algi, produkta fermentacije plijesni Aspergillus oryzae, te njihove smjese.
6. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se prebiotička vlakna bira između fruktoznih oligosaharida, inulina, mananskih oligosaharida, β-glukana, arabinozno-ksiloznih oligosaharida, ksiloznih oligosaharida, te njihovih smjesa.
7. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što su probavni enzimi smjesa amilolitičkih, fibrolitičkih, proteolitičkih i fosfolitičkim enzimima.
8. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što su probiotici kvasac Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
9. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što su proteini smjesa proteina pšenice, proteina zobi, proteina lana i proteina ječmenog slada.
10. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što je sisavac preživač.
11. Pripravak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačena time što se dodaje u dnevni obrok za sisavca u količini od 40 g do 50 g pripravka po kg obroka.
12. Kanta s krmivom za neljudskog sisavca, naznačena time što sadrži 20% do 30%, težinski, pripravka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11 u odnosu na ukupnu težinu kante.
13. Kanta s krmivom u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačena time što sadrži monokalcijev fosfat, izvor natrija, poput natrijevog klorida, izvor kalcija, izvor magnezija i/ili oligoelemenata, te izborno vitamina.
14. Kanta s krmivom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 ili 13, naznačen time što ne sadrži melasu.
15. Kanta s krmivom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 14, naznačena time što sadrži u rasponu od 4% do 9% nusproizvoda destilacije žita ili proizvodnje piva uz ili bez topljivih tvari, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 5% do 7%, težinski, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu kante, te u rasponu od 12% do 24% topljivih tvari iz žitnih koncentrata, po mogućnosti u rasponu od 15% do 20%, težinski, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu kante.
16. Upotreba pripravka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11 ili kante s krmivom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 15, naznačena time što je pripravak namijenjen poboljšavanju zootehničkih performanci neljudskog sisavca, osobito preživača.
17. Upotreba pripravka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11 ili kante s krmivom u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12 do 15, naznačena time što je pripravak namijenjen poboljšavanje probavljivosti suhe tvari i vlakana, osobito krmiva i koncentrata, i/ili poboljšavanju indeksa potrošnje i/ili hranidbene djelotvornosti i/ili poticanju dobitka na težini i/ili poboljšavanju intenzoteta fermentacije i mikrobnog metabolizma i/ili smanjivanju ispuštanja plina, osobito metana, i/ili inhibiranju protozoa u flori i/ili smanjivanju razgradnje proteina i/ili usmjeravanju fermentacija prema proizvodnji hlapljivih masnih kiselina, osobito prema propionskoj kiselini, kod neljudskog sisavca, po mogućnosti kod preživača.
