Claims (15)

1. Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja koji sadrži: poliuretan i medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegovu sol, od 0,1 % po težini navedenog proizvoda za suzbijanje obrastanja i prisutan u matrici polimera navedenog poliuretana, pri čemu se navedeni proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja može dobiti: miješanjem medetomidina ili navedenog enantiomera ili njegove soli i otapala da nastane otopina medetomidina; reakcijom navedene otopine medetomidina s barem jednim izocijanatom koji sadrži barem dvije skupine izocijanata po molekuli i barem jedan poliol za stvaranje poliuretana, pri čemu je navedeni medetomidin ili navedeni enantiomer ili njegova sol prisutan u navedenoj matrici polimera; i pretvaranjem navedenog poliuretana u navedeni proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja, pri čemu je navedeni medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegova sol, prisutan u barem 0,1 % po težini navedenog proizvoda za suzbijanje obrastanja.

Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu miješanje medetomidina ili navedenog enantiomera ili njegove soli i navedenog otapala obuhvaća miješanje medetomidina ili enantiomera ili njegove soli i otapala odabranog iz skupine koja sadrži diol, poliol, diamin, poliamin i njihovu mješavinu, po mogućnosti skupinu koja sadrži diol, diamin ili njihovu mješavinu i još više po mogućnosti 1,4-butandiol.

Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja prema zahtjevima 1 i 2, pri čemu miješanje medetomidina ili navedenog enantiomera ili njegove soli i navedenog otapala obuhvaća miješanje medetomidina ili navedenog enantiomera ili njegove soli i otapala upotrijebljenog kao produljivač lanca i/ili poprečna spona u reakciji navedene otopine medetomidina s navedenim barem jednim izocijanatom i navedenim barem jednim poliolom.

Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja prema zahtjevima od 1 do 3, pri čemu miješanje medetomidina ili navedenog enantiomera ili njegove soli i navedenog otapala obuhvaća otapanje medetomidina ili navedenog enantiomera ili njegove soli u navedenom otapalu da nastane navedena otopina medetomidina koja sadrži medetomidin ili navedeni enantiomer ili njegovu sol, od 0,1 pa do 20 % po težini navedene otopine medetomidina, po mogućnosti od 5 pa do 20 % po težini navedene otopine medetomidina i još više po mogućnosti od 10 pa do 20 % po težini navedene otopine medetomidina.
5. Proizvod protiv obrastanja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 4, pri čemu reakcija navedene otopine medetomidina obuhvaća reakciju navedene otopine medetomidina s metilen difenil diizocijanatom (MDI) i najmanje jednim poliolom da nastane poliuretan.

Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja prema zahtjevu 5, pri čemu reakcija navedene otopine medetomidina obuhvaća reakciju navedene mješavine medetomidina s MDI-jem i barem jednim polieterskim poliolom, barem jednim poliesterskim poliolom ili mješavinom barem jednog polieterskog poliola i barem jednoga poliesterskog poliola.

Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 6, koji sadrži medetomidin ili navedeni enantiomer ili njegovu sol, od 0,1 do 2 % po težini navedenog proizvoda za suzbijanje obrastanja, po mogućnosti od 0,1 do 1,5 % po težini navedenog proizvoda za suzbijanje obrastanja i još više po mogućnosti od 0,1 pa do 1 % po težini navedenog proizvoda za suzbijanje obrastanja.

Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 7, pri čemu navedeni proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja sadrži: poliuretan; medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegovu sol, od 0,1 % po težini navedenog proizvoda za suzbijanje obrastanja i prisutan u navedenoj matrici polimera; opcionalno barem jedan pigment; opcionalno barem jedan biocid koji nije medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegova sol; i opcionalno barem jedno sredstvo s kontroliranim otpuštanjem, pri čemu je medetomidin ili navedeni enantiomer ili njegova sol i/ili navedeni barem jedan opcionalni biocid koji nije medetomidin ili navedeni enantiomer ili njegova sol opcionalno barem djelomično vezan s navedenim barem jednim sredstvom s kontroliranim otpuštanjem.

Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 8, pri čemu se navedeni proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja odabire iz skupine koja se sastoji od sloja protiv obrastanja, filma protiv obrastanja i boje protiv obrastanja, po mogućnosti sloj protiv obrastanja, film protiv obrastanja i boja protiv obrastanja podvodnog ili uronjivog uređaja ili strukture odabrane iz skupine koja se sastoji od tunela propelera, lopatice vodilice, branika, brodskog trupa, opreme za vez, podvodnog užeta, podvodne žice i podvodne mreže.
10. Proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 to 8, pri čemu se navedeni proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja odabire iz skupine koja sadrži učvršćivač savijenih dijelova, ograničivač savijanja, obalni odbojnik, branik i opremu za vez.

Metoda za proizvodnju proizvoda za suzbijanje obrastanja koja obuhvaća: miješanje medetomidina ili enantiomera ili njegove soli i otapala da nastane otopina medetomidina; reakciju navedene otopine medetomidina s barem jednim izocijanatom koji sadrži barem dvije skupine izocijanata po molekuli i barem jedan poliol za nastanak poliuretana, pri čemu je navedeni medetomidin ili navedeni enantiomer ili njegova sol prisutan u matrici polimera navedenog poliuretana; i pretvaranjem navedenog poliuretana u navedeni proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja, pri čemu je navedeni medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegova sol, prisutan u barem 0,1 % po težini navedenog proizvoda za suzbijanje obrastanja.
12. Metoda prema zahtjevu 11, pri čemu pretvaranje navedenog poliuretana u navedeni proizvod protiv obrastanja obuhvaća: prskanje mješavine navedene otopine medetomidina, navedenog barem jednog izocijanata i navedenog barem jednog poliola na površinu da nastane sloj, film ili boja; i stvrdnjavanje navedenog sloja, navedenog filma ili navedene boje na navedenoj površini da se stvori navedeni proizvod protiv obrastanja.
13. Metoda prema zahtjevu 11, pri čemu pretvaranje navedenog poliuretana u navedeni proizvod protiv obrastanja obuhvaća: oblikovanje ili lijevanje mješavine navedene otopine medetomidina, navedenog barem jednog izocijanata ili navedenog barem jednog poliola u kalup; i stvrdnjavanje navedene mješavine u navedenom kalupu da nastane navedeni proizvod za suzbijanje obrastanja.
14. Komplet za proizvodnju proizvoda protiv obrastanja, navedeni komplet sadrži: barem jedan poliol, po mogućnosti barem jedan polieterski poliol, barem jedan poliesterski poliol ili mješavinu barem jednoga polieterskog poliola i barem jednoga poliesterskog poliola; barem jedan izocijanat koji sadrži barem dvije skupine izocijanata po molekuli, po mogućnosti metilen difenil diizocijanat (MDI); otapalo, po mogućnosti odabrano iz skupine koja sadrži diol, poliol, diamin, poliamin i njihovu mješavinu, po mogućnosti skupinu koja sadrži diol, diamin ili njihovu mješavinu i još više po mogućnosti 1,4-butandiol; medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegovu sol u količini dovoljnoj da se postigne koncentracija medetomidina od najmanje 0,1 % po težini navedenog sredstva protiv obrastanja; opcionalno katalizator; opcionalno barem jedan produljivač lanca i/ili poprečna spona; opcionalno barem jedno sredstvo za sušenje; opcionalno barem jedan pigment; opcionalno barem jedan biocid koji nije medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegova sol; i po mogućnosti barem sredstvo s kontroliranim ispuštanjem, po mogućnosti nanočestice od oksida metala po mogućnosti titanijeva(II) oksida, bakrenog(II) oksida, bakrenog(I) oksida ili cinkova oksida.
15. Komplet prema zahtjevu 14, sadrži medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegovu sol i navedeno otapalo u količinama dovoljnim da nastane otopina medetomidina koja sadrži medetomidin ili enantiomer ili njegovu sol i navedeno otapalo s medetomidinom ili enantiomerom ili njegovom solju od 0,1 pa do 20 % po težini navedene otopine medetomidina, po mogućnosti od 5 pa do 20 % po težini navedene otopine medetomidina i još više po mogućnosti od 10 pa do 20 % po težini otopine medetomidina.
