Claims (6)
1. Metoda uzgoja vrsta Haematococcus za proizvodnju astaksantina koja obuhvaća korake:
- pružanje podloge,
- raspoređivanje vrsta Haematococcus na površini supstrata,
- izlaganje vrsta Haematococcus raspoređenih na podlozi visokim intenzitetima svjetlosti od najmanje 200 µmol fotona m-2s-1 od početka postupka uzgoja i izbjegavanje dvostupanjskog postupka uzgoja vrste Haematococcus s prvim korakom koji je početno uzgajanje odvija se izlaganjem vrste Haematococcus slaboj svjetlosnoj energiji, pri čemu je mala svjetlosna energija u prvom koraku 50 µmol fotona m-2s-1 do manje od 200 µmol fotona m-2s-1, nakon čega slijedi drugi korak naknadnog uzgoja vrsta Haematococcus izlaganjem vrsta Haematococcus jačoj svjetlosnoj energiji nego što je primijenjena u prvom koraku za induciranje stvaranja astaksantina, pri čemu je veća svjetlosna energija u drugom koraku najmanje 200 µmol fotona m-2s-1, i izborno
- berba uzgojenih vrsta Haematococcus i/ili
- izoliranje astaksantina.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je astaksantin izoliran iz ubranih vrsta Haematococcus.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je vrsta Haematococcus Haematococcus pluvialis.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je podloga materijal sličan foliji.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da je podloga porozni sloj.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4 ili 5, naznačen time što je materijal sličan foliji odabran iz skupine koju čine papir, ester celuloze, posebno celulozni acetat, miješani celulozni ester, celuloza, celulozni nitrat, poliamidi, poliesteri i/ili poliolefini.
