Claims (14)
1. Suprotno-smjerni izmjenjivač topline (1) sa unakrsnim strujanjem za zagrijavanje prvog plina koji predstavlja SO2 i hlađenje drugog plina koji predstavlja SO3, koji sadrži mnoštvo modula (3,4,5,6) koji se nalaze u fluidnoj komunikaciji jedan sa drugim, pri čemu je svaki modul (3,4,5,6) postavljen na jednoj ravnine (α,α’,α",α"’), a navedene ravnine (α,α’,α",α"’) međusobno se preklapaju, koji dalje sadrži vodove (11) za ulazak navedenog prvog plina, vodove (12) za ulazak navedenog drugog plina i vodove (13) za izlazak navedenog prvog plina i vodove (14) za izlazak navedenog drugog plina u i iz izmjenjivača (1), pri čemu svaki modul (3,4,5,6) sadrži mnoštvo ploča (2) za razmjenu topline, a svaka ima grijaću stranu (2a) i rashladnu stranu (2b), pri čemu su navedene ploče (2) postavljene okomito na ravninu svakog modula (α,α’,α",α"’) i paralelno jedna drugoj tako da definiraju grijaće prostore (7) između navedenih grijaćih strana (2a) i rashladne prostore (8) između navedenih rashladnih površina (2b), pri čemu se navedeni grijaći prostori (7) i rashladni prostori (8) smjenjuju jedni u odnosu na druge, pri čemu navedeni prvi plin prolazi kroz izmjenjivač od donjeg modula (3) do gornjeg modula (5 ili 6) prolazeći kroz svaki grijaći prostor (7) u smjeru x u osnovi paralelnom ravnini svakog modula (α,α’,α",α"’) i pri čemu navedeni drugi plin prolazi kroz izmjenjivač (1) od gornjeg modula (5 ili 6) do donjeg modula (3) prolazeći kroz svaki rashladni prostor (8) u smjeru y u osnovi okomitom na ravninu svakog modula (α,α’,α",α"’), pri čemu su rashladni prostori (8) između jednog modula i onog (6 i 5, 5 i 4, 4 i 3) koji leži neposredno ispod njega u direktnoj fluidnoj komunikaciji jedan sa drugim, dok su grijaći prostori (7) između jednog modula i onog (3 i 4, 4 i 5, 5 i 6) koji leži neposredno iznad njega u fluidnoj komunikaciji jedan sa drugim preko vodova/konvejera (9,9’,9"), čime se formira "serpentinska" putanja za navedeni drugi plin, naznačen činjenicom da navedeni izmjenjivač topline (1) dalje sadrži okvir (16), pri čemu navedeni okvir (16) sadrži potpornu konstrukciju koja se oslanja na zemlju radi zahvaćanja i kvačenja prvog modula (3) izmjenjivača na navedeni okvir (16).
2. Izmjenjivač topline (1) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, koji sadrži tri (3,4,5) ili četiri modula (3,4,5,6).
3. Izmjenjivač topline (1) prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, pri čemu vodovi (11) za ulazak prvog plina sadrže bypass sistem (15) za transport bar jednog dijela navedenog prvog plina do drugog modula (4) ili trećeg grijaćeg modula (5).
4. Sistem (100) koji sadrži dva suprotno-smjerna izmjenjivača topline (101,101’) sa unakrsnim strujanjem za zagrijavanje prvog plina koji predstavlja SO2 i hlađenje drugog plina koji predstavlja SO3, pri čemu svaki izmjenjivač sadrži: mnoštvo modula (103,104,105 i 103’,104’,105’) u fluidnoj komunikaciji jednog sa drugim, a svaki modul (103,104,105 i 103’,104’,105’) je postavljen na ravnine (α1,α2,α3 i α1’,α2’,α3’), pri čemu se navedene ravnine (α1,α2,α3 i α1’,α2’,α3’) međusobno preklapaju, a svaki modul (103,104,105 i 103’,104’,105’) sadrži mnoštvo ploča (2) za razmjenu topline, pri čemu svaka ima grijaću stranu (2a) i rashladnu stranu (2b), a navedene ploče (2) su postavljene okomito na ravninu odgovarajućeg modula (α1,α2,α3,α1’,α2’,α3’) i paralelno jedna drugoj tako da definiraju grijaće prostore (7) između dvije grijaće strane (2a) i rashladne prostore (8) između dvije rashladne površine (2b), pri čemu se navedeni grijaći prostori (7) i rashladni prostori (8) smjenjuju jedni u odnosu na druge, pri čemu navedeni prvi plin prolazi kroz svaki izmjenjivač (101,101’) od donjeg modula (103,103’) do gornjeg modula (105,105’ ili 106,106’) prolazeći kroz svaki grijaći prostor (7) u smjeru x koji je u osnovi paralelan ravnini odgovarajućeg modula (α1,α2,α3,α1’,α2’,α3’) i pri čemu navedeni drugi plin prolazi kroz svaki izmjenjivač (101,101’) od gornjeg modula (106,106’ ili 105,105’) do donjeg modula (103,103’) prolazeći kroz svaki rashladni prostor (8) u smjeru y koji je u osnovi ortogonalan na ravninu odgovarajućeg modula (α1,α2,α3,α1’,α2’,α3’), pri čemu su unutar svakog izmjenjivača (101,101’) rashladni prostori (8) između jednog modula i onog (106 i 105, 105 i 104, 104 i 103 i 106’ i 105’, 105’ i 104’, 104’ i 103’) koji leži neposredno ispod njega u direktnoj fluidnoj komunikaciji jedan sa drugim, dok su grijaći prostori (7) između jednog modula i onog (103 i 104,104 i 105,105 i 106, i 103’ i 104’,104’ i 105’, 105’ i 106’) koji leži neposredno iznad njega u fluidnoj komunikaciji jedan sa drugim preko vodova 109,109’,110 koji na taj način formiraju "serpentinsku" putanju za navedeni drugi plin, pri čemu navedeni sistem (100) sadrži vodove (112,112’) za izlazak navedenog plina iz gornjih modula (105,105’ ili 106,106’), vodove (120) za ulazak navedenog drugog plina u gornje module (105,105’ ili 106,106’), vodove (114,114’) za izlazak iz prvih modula (103,103’) i vod (107) za ulazak navedenog prvog plina u prve module svakog izmjenjivača (103,103’), pri čemu je navedeni vod (107) zajednički za dva izmjenjivača (101,101’), naznačen činjenicom da svaki izmjenjivač topline dalje sadrži okvir (16), pri čemu navedeni okvir (16) sadrži potpornu konstrukciju koja se oslanja na zemlju radi zahvaćanja i kvačenja prvog modula (3) izmjenjivača na navedeni okvir (16).
5. Sistem (100) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, koji dalje sadrži vod (110) koji je zajednički za dva izmjenjivača (101,101’) za transport navedenog prvog plina koji izlazi iz grijaćih prostora (7) navedenih drugih modula (104,104’) do grijaćih prostora (7) navedenih trećih modula (105,105’).
6. Sistem (100) prema zahtjevu 4 ili 5, koji dalje sadrži uzajamno nezavisne vodove (112,112’) za izlazak navedenog prvog zagrijanog plina iz navedenih gornjih modula (105,105’ ili 106,106’).
7. Sistem (100) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 4 do 6, pri čemu navedeni vod (107) za ulazak prvog plina u prve module (103,103’) sadrži bypass sistem (115,115’) za transport bar jednog dijela navedenog prvog plina do drugih modula (104,104’) ili do trećih modula (105,105’).
8. SNOX/WSA (200) postrojenje koje sadrži sekciju (210) za katalitičku reakciju, rashladnu sekciju (220) i kondenzatorsku sekciju (230) i eventualno jednu ili više sekcija (240) za odstranjivanje NOx, naznačeno time što navedena rashladna sekcija (220) sadrži izmjenjivač topline (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva 1 do 3 ili sisteme (100) izmjenjivača topline prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva od 4 do 7.
9. SNOX/WSA (200) postrojenje koje sadrži sekciju (210) za katalitičku reakciju, rashladnu sekciju (220), kondenzatorsku sekciju (230) i eventualno jednu ili više sekcija (240) za odstranjivanje NOx, naznačeno time što navedena rashladna sekcija (220) sadrži sisteme (100) izmjenjivača topline prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva od 4 do 7.
10. SNOX/WSA postrojenje (200) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, koje sadrži vodove (112,112’) za izlazak prvog zagrijanog plina iz trećih grijaćih modula (105,105’), koji su u fluidnoj vezi sa sekcijom (240) za odstranjivanje NOx iz sistema.
11. SNOX/WSA postrojenje (200) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 8 do 10, pri čemu su vodovi (120,121,121’) za ulazak drugog plina koji se treba hladiti u fluidnoj vezi sa sekcijom (210) za katalitičku reakciju SNOX/WSA sistema.
12. Postupak za zagrijavanje prvog plina koji predstavlja SO2 i hlađenje drugog plina koji predstavlja SO3 koji se izvodi u izmjenjivaču topline (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 1 do 3 ili u sistemu (100) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva od 4 do 7 koji sadrži korak dovođenja izmjenjivaču (1) ili sistemu (100) izmjenjivača navedenog prvog plina i navedenog drugog plina, stvaranjem strujanja navedenog prvog plina od dna prema vrhu kroz grijaće prostore 7, sukcesivno, navedenog prvog (3,103,103’), drugog (4,104,104’), trećeg (5,105,105’) i eventualno četvrtog (6) modula i strujanja navedenog drugog plina od vrha prema dnu kroz rashladne prostore 8, po redu, navedenog četvrtog (6), trećeg (5,105,105’), drugog (4,104,104’) i prvog (3,103,103’) modula, čime se stvara unakrsno, suprotno-smjerno strujanje između navedenih prvog i drugog plina.
13. Postupak za zagrijavanje prvog plina i hlađenje drugog plina prema zahtjevu 12, koji sadrži, prije ulaska navedenog prvog plina u navedeni prvi modul (3,103,103’) korak filtriranja navedenog prvog plina da bi se smanjila koncentracija prašine.
14. Postupak za zagrijavanje prvog plina i hlađenje drugog plina prema zahtjevu 12 ili 13, pri čemu bar jedan dio struje navedenog prvog plina ulazi u izmjenjivač (1) ili sistem (100) izmjenjivača kroz navedeni drugi modul (4,104,104’).
