Claims (15)

1. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′), koji sadrži nosivi sloj (41; 41′; 41′′; 41′′′) od drva ili materijala na bazi drva, gdje barem gornja strana laminatnog panela (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) sadrži ukras i sloj stvrdnute smole (46; 46′; 46′′; 46′′′), te što stražnja strana laminatnog panela (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) sadrži protusloj stvrdnutog protumaterijala (45; 45′; 45′′; 45′′′), te što protusloj ne sadrži sloj papira, naznačen time što jedan kilogram stvrdnutog protusloja sadrži sljedeće komponente: amino smolu: 300 do 700 grama punilo: 300 do 700 grama i gdje se amino smola može dobiti miješanjem (i) melamina i/ili derivata uree s (ii) aldehidom, gdje se u proizvodnji amino smole 1 mol melamina i/ili derivata uree pomiješa s 1 do 2,5 molova aldehida.
2. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je amino smola melaminska smola i/ili urejska smola.
3. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što aldehid je po mogućnosti formaldehid, te što se u proizvodnji amino smole 1 mol melamina i/ili derivata uree pomiješa s 1,25 do 2,25 molova, a najpoželjnije 1,4 do 2,1 molom, aldehida.
4. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedan kilogram stvrdnutog protumaterijala sadrži 400 do 650 grama, a najpoželjnije 500 do 600 grama amino smole.
5. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedan kilogram stvrdnutog protumaterijala sadrži 350 do 600 grama, a najpoželjnije 400 do 500 grama punila.
6. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što punilo sadrži jedan ili više sljedećih materijala: silikat, po mogućnosti glinu, ilovaču, talk, tinjac, kaolin ili nojburšku diatomejsku zemlju; karbonat ili sulfat, po mogućnosti kredu, dolomit, barit ili staklena zrna; ili kameno brašno, stakleno vlakno, kremeno brašno, kristalnu silicijevu kiselinu, aluminijev ili magnezijev hidroksid, magnezijev, cinkov ili kalcijev oksid.
7. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što protusloj ima debljinu od najmanje 5 µm, po mogućnosti najmanje 10 µm, poželjnije najmanje 15 µm, još poželjnije najmanje 50 µm, a najpoželjnije najmanje 75 µm.
8. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedan kilogram stvrdnutog protumaterijala dodatno sadrži 10 do 400 grama, poželjnije 15 do 350 grama, još poželjnije 25 do 300 grama, a najpoželjnije 50 do 250 grama plastifikatora, po mogućnosti dietilen-glikola i/ili ε-kaprolaktama.
9. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedan kilogram stvrdnutog protumaterijala dodatno sadrži 10 do 400 grama, poželjnije 15 do 350 grama, još poželjnije 25 do 300 grama, a najpoželjnije 50 do 250 grama sredstva za zgušnjavanje, po mogućnosti šećera, još poželjnije polisaharida.
10. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je punilo nadalje organsko punilo, koje osobito uključuje celulozu ili piljevinu.
11. Laminatni panel (40; 40′; 40′′; 40′′′) u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedan kilogram stvrdnutog protumaterijala sadrži: amino smolu: punilo: 400 do 650 grama, 350 do 600 grama; najpoželjnije 500 do 600 grama 400 do 500 grama.
12. Postupak proizvodnje laminatnog panela u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-11, naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u koracima: – osiguravanja nosivog sloja; – osiguravanja ukrasa barem na gornjoj strani nosivog sloja; – primjene smole na gornjoj strani nosivog sloja u tekućem stanju; – primjene protumaterijala koji ne sadrži sloj papira na stražnju stranu nosivog sloja u tekućem stanju; gdje jedan kilogram stvrdnutog protumaterijala sadrži sljedeće komponente: amino smolu: 300 do 700 grama punilo: 300 do 700 grama; – u naknadnom koraku postupka stvrdnjavanja smole i protumaterijala; i – nakon ili tijekom stvrdnjavanja smole i protumaterijala: – pritiskanja slojeva proizvedenih u prethodnim koracima postupka kako bi se dobio laminatni panel, gdje se u jednom koraku postupka prije primjene protumaterijala na stražnju stranu nosivog sloja amino smolu protumaterijala proizvede miješanjem (i) melamina i/ili derivata uree s (ii) aldehidom, gdje se u proizvodnji amino smole 1 mol melamina i/ili derivata uree pomiješa s 1 do 2,5 molova aldehida.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što se smola na gornjoj strani laminatnog panela i protusloj na stražnjoj strani laminatnog panela stvrdnjavaju uglavnom istodobno.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12-13, naznačen time što se primjena protumaterijala provodi postupkom oblaganja valjkom ili štrcanjem ili prskanjem.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 12-14, naznačen time što je aldehid po mogućnosti formaldehid, te što se u proizvodnji amino smole 1 mol melamina i/ili derivata uree pomiješa s 1,25 do 2,25 molova, a najpoželjnije 1,4 do 2,1 molom, aldehida.
