Claims (13)

1. Pripravak koji ne sadrži fosfate, namijenjen stabiliziranju vlage u hrani na bazi mišića, naznačen time što ga se pripravlja iz soka od limuna i octa, koji sadrži acetatnu sol i citratnu sol u vodenoj otopini koja ima pH veći od 7.5 i ionsku jakost veću od 0.2.
2. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što pripravak sadrži natrijev acetat, kalijev acetat, natrijev citrat, te kalijev citrat.

5. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što pripravak ima ionsku jakost od 0.2 do 0.5.
6. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što pripravak ima pH od 8.5 do 9.8.
7. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži koncentrat soka od šljiva.
8. Pripravak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što ga se može pripraviti uporabom soka od limuna i octa, koje se neutralizira neutralizirajućim sredstvom, koje sadrži smjesu natrijevog bikarbonata i kalijevog bikarbonata.
