Claims (15)
1. Pumpa za doziranje (100) za uređaj za doziranje za dozirano izdavanje tekućine, koja se može povezati sa spremnikom za skladištenje (200), obuhvaćajući
cilindrično tijelo pumpe (110), koje sadrži prvi šuplji cilindrični odjeljak tijela pumpe (111) koji je otvoren u smjeru spremnika za skladištenje (200) i drugi šuplji cilindrični odjeljak tijela pumpe (112) koji je otvoren u smjeru tijela za pokretanje (130),
unutrašnji šuplji cilindar (120) otvoren na oba kraja, koji je pričvršćen na prvi odjeljak tijela pumpe (111) i koncentrično postavljen u odnosu na isti,
klip (105) koji sadrži protočan kanal (106), koji je pokretno smješten koncentrično u tijelu pumpe (110) i unutrašnjem šupljem cilindru (120), i konfiguriran kako bi oblikovao brtvu s unutrašnjom stijenkom unutrašnjeg šupljeg cilindra (120),
kao i tijelo za pokretanje (130) povezano s tijelom pumpe (110) i pokretno smješteno u odnosu na tijelo pumpe (110), koje sadrži na gornjem kraju otvor (131) za tekućinu i udubljenje (132) koje je otvoreno u smjeru drugog odjeljka tijela pumpe (112),
pri čemu se unutar udubljenja (132) nalazi košuljica (140) koja sadrži udubljenje (141) otvoreno u smjeru drugog odjeljka tijela pumpe (112), pri čemu je košuljica (140) fluidno brtvljeno postavljena u odnosu na klip (105) i sadrži kanal za tekućinu (142) kroz koji tekućina može biti provedena od udubljenja (141) košuljice (140) do izlaza (131) tijela za pokretanje,
pri čemu je unutar udubljenja (141) košuljice (140) postavljen pokretno smješten i nasuprot udubljenja (141) košuljice (140) fluidno brtvljeno izrađen nepovratni ventil (150), koji u isključenom stanju pumpe za doziranje kanal (106) klipa (105) nasuprot udubljenja (141) košuljice (140) fluidno brtvi i otvara kanal (108) klipa (105) kao i kanal za tekućinu (142) košuljice (140) tokom rada pumpe za doziranje,
naznačena time što
nepovratni ventil (150) sadrži barem jedan brtveni element (151, 152) koji omogućuje fluidno brtvljenje nepovratnog ventila (150) u odnosu na klip (105),
pri čemu je barem jedan brtveni element (151, 152) smješten s donje strane na nepovratni ventil (150) i, u odnosu na dno nepovratnog ventila (150), postavljen pod kutom od 5 do 175°.
2. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da nepovratni ventil (150) omogućuje fluidno brtvljenje putem barem jednog brtvenog elementa (151, 152) pomoću usisne sile (F2) koja djeluje na nepovratni ventil (150) kroz kanal (106) klipa (105) nepovratnog ventila (105) na kraju postupka aktivacije.
3. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da barem jedan brtveni element (151, 152)
ima elastičnu konfiguraciju, i/ili
je na nepovratni ventil (150) izrađen u jednom komadu zajedno s nepovratnim ventilom (150) ili je ukalupljen na nepovratni ventil (150).
4. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da u isključenom stanju pumpe za doziranje, barem jedan brtveni element (151, 152) oblikuje brtvu zajedno sa stijenkom klipa (105) u pripijenom obliku i/ili se uključuje u kanal (106) klipa (105).
5. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da barem jedan brtveni element (151, 152) ima
u smjeru klipa (105) izraženu visinu od 0,3 do 5,0 mm, poželjno od 0,5 do 2,0 mm i/ili
debljinu od 0,05 do 3,0 mm, poželjno od 0,1 do 1,5 mm.
6. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je barem jedan brtveni element (151, 152) u odnosu na dno nepovratnog ventila (150) postavljen pod kutom od 45 do 135°, poželjno 80 do 100°, posebice 90°, i/ili
je izrađen od termoplastičnog materijala, posebice od poliolefina, kao npr. polietilena, polipropilena, polistirena, od elastomernog materijala, posebice gume ili kaučuka, ili od termoplastičnog elastomera, posebice TPE-U-a.
7. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je nepovratni ventil (150) držan od strane elastičnog elementa (160) koji vrši povratnu silu na nepovratni ventil, posebice opruge, u isključenom stanju u fluidno brtvljenom položaju u odnosu na kanal klipa (105) kao i kanal za tekućinu (142) košuljice (140).
8. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je između tijela za pokretanje (130) i tijela pumpe (110) smješten element (170) koji na tijelo za pokretanje (130) za vrijeme i/ili nakon pogona vrši povratnu silu, posebice element opruge.
9. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da prvi odjeljak tijela pumpe (111) sadrži uređaj za pričvršćivanje spremnika za skladištenje (200).
10. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da
je u području prvog odjeljka tijela pumpe (111) smještena brtva (180), koja brtvi spremnik za skladištenje (200) u odnosu na pumpu za doziranje (100).
11. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da
unutrašnji šuplji cilindar (120) u svojem otvorenom kraju u smjeru spremnika (200) sadrži odjeljak ventila u koji je smješten ulazni ventil (121), koji je posebice izrađen u obliku kliznog ventila ili kuglastog ventila.
12. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da
je u kraju unutrašnjeg šupljeg cilindra (120) otvorenom u smjeru spremnika za skladištenje (200) smještena usponska cijev.
13. Pumpa za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je između vanjske strane klipa (105) i unutrašnje strane drugog odjeljka tijela pumpe (112) smješten brtveni element za brtvljenje klipa (105).
14. Uređaj za doziranje (300) koji obuhvaća pumpu za doziranje (100) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva kao i s pumpom za doziranje (100) povezan spremnik za skladištenje (200).
15. Uređaj za doziranje (300) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da je izrađen u obliku uređaja za doziranje (300) bez izjednačenja tlaka ili uređaja za doziranje (300) s izjednačenjem tlaka.
