Claims (10)
1. Mineralna pjena koja obuhvaća:
- 50 do 80mas.% hidrauličkog aluminatnog veziva etringitnog tipa u odnosu na ukupnu masu mineralne pjene, naznačena time, što prije dovođenja u kontakt s vodom obuhvaća najmanje jednu fazu izabranu od C3A, CA, C12A7, C11A7CaF2, C4A3$ ye'elimite), C2A(1-x) Fx (gdje x predstavlja ]0, 1]), amorfnih hidrauličkih faza s molarnim omjerom C/A u rasponu između 0,3 i 15 i takvim da kumulativni sadržaji Al2O3 ovih faza budu u rasponu između 3 i 70 %, i 10 do 50% kalcijevog sulfata, pri čemu su ovi postoci izraženi kao maseni u odnosu na ukupnu masu hidrauličkog veziva,
- od 1 do 30mas.%, pri čemu se ovaj postotak odnosi na ukupnu masu suhe tvari mineralne pjene, najmanje jednog punila izabranog od reaktivnih punila, odnosno punila koja sudjeluju u reakciji hidratacije hidrauličkog veziva,
- 10 do 40mas.% otapala u odnosu na ukupnu masu mineralne pjene, pri čemu to otapalo predstavlja vodeno i/ili nevodeno otapalo,
- 2 do 10mas.% punila u odnosu na ukupnu masu mineralne pjene,
- plin poput zraka, ugljikovog dioksida ili dušika.
2. Mineralna pjena prema zahtjevu 1, koja nadalje obuhvaća spoj izabran od sredstava za pjenjenje, aeranata i/ili sredstava za stvaranje plina.
3. Mineralna pjena prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 i 2, naznačena time, što otapalo predstavlja vodu, a maseni omjer voda/hidrauličko vezivo je u rasponu između 0,1 i 0,7.
4. Mineralna pjena prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, koja obuhvaća između 0,5 i 5mas.% najmanje jednog spoja za aktiviranje reaktivnog punila u odnosu na ukupnu masu pripravka.
5. Postupak za pripremu mineralne pjene prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, koji obuhvaća sljedeće faze:
a) pripremu vodene pjene od pripravka koji obuhvaća najmanje vodu i najmanje jedan spoj izabran od sredstava za pjenjenje, aeranata, sredstava za stvaranje plina,
b) pripremu cementne kaše koja obuhvaća
- miješanje hidrauličkog veziva s otapalom i neobavezno najmanje jednim spojem izabranim od tenzida, aeranata, sredstava za stvaranje plina,
c) uvođenja jednog ili više punila u cijelosti ili djelomično u vodenu pjenu i/ili u cementnu kašu,
d) miješanja vodene pjene i cementne kaše.
6. Postupak za pripremu mineralne pjene prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, koji obuhvaća sljedeće faze:
a) pripremu cementne kaše koja obuhvaća:
miješanje hidrauličkog veziva s otapalom i neobavezno najmanje jednim spojem izabranim od tenzida, aeranata, sredstava za stvaranje plina,
b) ubrizgavanje plina u cementnu kašu čime se maksimizira kontaktna površina između zraka i cementne kaše, na primjer upotrebom statičkog mješača.
c) uvođenje jednog ili više punila u cijelosti ili djelomično tijekom ili nakon faze a).
7. Termoizolacijski materijal celularne strukture, dobiven nakon stvrdnjavanja mineralne pjene prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4,
gdje spomenuti termoizolacijski materijal celularne strukture ima prividnu poroznost, izmjerenu prema standardu EN 993-1, u zapremini, u rasponu između 70% i 95%.
8. Termoizolacijski materijal celularne strukture prema zahtjevu 7, koji nadalje obuhvaća šuplja punila male gustoće, odnosno gustoće manje od 0,5.
9. Upotreba mineralne pjene prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4 ili termoizolacijskog materijala celularne strukture prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 i 8 kao sastavnog elementa za izradu termoizolacije:
- za izradu prefabriciranih ploča koje sadrže najmanje jedan izolacijski sloj na bazi mineralne pjene,
- za izradu sendvič panela,
- za ispunu šupljih dijelova elemenata građevinske konstrukcije poput stijenki, stropova, šupljih blokova, vrata, vodova postavljanjem spomenute mineralne pjene in situ,
- za izradu podnog grijanja in situ stavljanjem pjene u kontakt s donjim stranama cijevi,
- za izradu, vanjskom primjenom, monosloja s izolacijskom funkcijom za oblaganje zgrada postavljanjem spomenute mineralne pjene in situ.
10. Upotreba mineralne pjene prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4 ili termoizolacijskog materijala celularne strukture prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 i 8 kao vatrostalnih materijala:
- za izradu vatrostalnih opeka,
- za izradu monolitnih betona postavljanjem spomenute mineralne pjene in situ.
