Claims (13)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju ploče od umjetnog drveta bez dodatka veziva, naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća sljedeće korake: a) mljevenje biljnog materijala koji sadrži lignin radi dobivanja mljevene smjese, pri čemu navedeni biljni materijal koji sadrži lignin sadrži koru kokosove ljuske; b) kondicioniranje navedene mljevene smjese da se dobije ravnotežni sadržaj vlage od između 16% do 25%; c) homogenizaciju navedene kondicionirane mljevene smjese; d) hladno prešanje homogene smjese dobivene u koraku c da se dobije krhka ploča; e) vruće prešanje navedene krhke ploče da bi se postigla gustoća od između 1,2 do 1,4 g/cm3 da bi se dobila ploča od umjetnog drva.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedeni biljni materijal koji sadrži lignin sadrži čestice s veličinom čestica manjom od 5 mm, poželjno manjom od 2,5 mm, poželjnije manjom od 2 mm.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se navedeni ravnotežni sadržaj vlage podešava dodavanjem vode u navedenu mljevenu smjesu da se dobije navedeni ravnotežni sadržaj vlage.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačen time što nakon koraka e slijedi kondicioniranje navedene ploče od umjetnog drveta pod statičkim pritiskom tijekom najmanje 24 sata da se dobije ploča od umjetnog drveta stabilnog oblika.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 4, naznačen time što se u koraku d navedena homogena smjesa hladno preša kako bi se dobila krhka ploča debljine od najmanje 1:3, poželjno najmanje 1:4, poželjnije najmanje 1:5, najpoželjnije najmanje 1:6, u usporedbi s debljinom materijala prije hladnog prešanja.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se korak e izvodi ukupno tijekom 1 do 4 minute po debljini sloja od 1 mm navedene krhke ploče, poželjno 1 do 3 minute po debljini sloja od 1 mm navedene krhke ploče, poželjnije 1,5 do 2 minute po debljini sloja od 1 mm navedene krhke ploče.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se korak e provodi na temperaturi od između 140 °C do 220 °C, poželjno 150 °C do 200 °C, poželjnije 160°C do 180 °C i pri čemu se korak e provodi na tlaku od 120 do 170 bara, poželjno 130 do 160 bara, najpoželjnije 140 do 150 bara.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je navedena kondicionirana mljevena smjesa dobivena u koraku b pomiješana s drugim materijalima sličnim drvu i/ili aditivima i/ili polimerima i/ili pripravcima na bazi cementa.
9. Ploča od umjetnog drveta dobivena postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačena time što navedena ploča od umjetnog drveta ima sadržaj vlage od između 16% do 25% i sadrži 25% do 50% v/v kokosove prašine.
10. Ploča od umjetnog drveta prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačena time što navedena ploča od umjetnog drveta ima čvrstoću na savijanje od najmanje 46 N/mm2, poželjno najmanje 47 N/mm2.
11. Ploča od umjetnog drveta prema patentnom zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačena time što navedena ploča od umjetnog drveta ima debljinu bubrenja od najviše 13%, poželjno najviše 12%, poželjnije najviše 10%, najpoželjnije najviše 9% zbog upijanja vlage nakon 24 sata uranjanja u vodenu otopinu prema europskom standardu EN 317.
12. Ploča od umjetnog drveta prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 9 do 11, naznačena time što navedena ploča od umjetnog drveta ima unutarnju čvrstoću veze od najmanje 1,8 N/mm2, poželjno najmanje 2,2 N/mm2, poželjnije najmanje 2,5 N/mm2.
13. Ploča od umjetnog drveta prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 9 do 12, naznačena time što navedena ploča od umjetnog drveta sadrži pripravak koji sadrži biljni materijal koji sadrži lignin pomiješan s drugim materijalima sličnim drvu i/ili aditivima i/ili polimerima i/ili pripravcima na bazi cementa.
