Claims (3)

1. Postupak proizvodnje šuplje oštrice ventilatora za plinsko-turbinski motor pomoću difuzijskog zavarivanja i super-plastičnog oblikovanja, navedena oštrica se sastoji od kožica legure titana i jezgre u obliku rebara za ukrućenje, pri čemu postupak sadrži: sastavljanje predoblika kožica (1, 2) i jezgre (3) u snop; preliminarno nanošenje zaustavnog materijala u unaprijed određenom uzorku zaslona na područja gdje površine kožnih i jezgrenih predoblika dolaze u kontakt, ali ne smiju biti povezane difuznim zavarivanjem, uključujući zonu kolektora; također osiguravanje kožnih predoblika s utorom (9, 10), i jezgrenih predoblika s prorezom (11) za montažu barem jedne cijevi; brtvljenje snopa uz rubove, izuzev mjesta na kojem se mora montirati barem jedna cijev; montaža cijevi (12) i spajanje na zonu kolektora; uklanjanje kisika i veziva zaustavnog materijala iz šupljina sloja; potpuno brtvljenje snopa; zagrijavanje snopa, i difuzijsko zavarivanje predoblika u unaprijed određenim područjima (13, 14), također duž ulaznog ruba, izlaznog ruba i perifernog ruba, kako bi se dobio cjelovit strukturni predoblik; davanje oblika profila krila cjelovitom strukturnom predobliku; izvođenje super-plastičnog oblikovanja dovodom radne tekućine u šupljine između kožnih i jezgrenih predoblika koristeći također barem jednu cijev, navedeni postupak naznačen time što je zona kolektora smještena na bočnoj strani snopa koja odgovara perifernom rubu oštrice; i, za montažu jedne ili više cijevi za dovod radne tekućine u super-plastično oblikovanje, utor u kožnim predoblicima i utor u jezgrenom predobliku predviđeni su na udaljenosti od vanjske granice ulaznog ruba ili izlaznog ruba manjeg od L / 3, gdje je L duljina tetive oštrice duž perifernog ruba.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što kada se koristi jedna jedina cijev za dovod radne tekućine za super-plastično oblikovanje, utor i prorez za montažu cijevi nalaze se na udaljenosti od vanjske granice ulaznog ili izlaznog ruba jednakog L / 6, gdje je L duljina tetive oštrice duž perifernog ruba.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što kada se koriste dvije cijevi za dovod radne tekućine kod super-plastičnog oblikovanja, utor i prorez za montažu jedne od cijevi predviđeni su na udaljenosti od vanjske granice ulaznog ruba jednakog L / 6, gdje je L duljina tetive oštrice duž perifernog ruba, dok se utor i prorez za montažu druge cijevi nalaze na istoj udaljenosti od vanjske granice izlaznog ruba.
