Claims (13)
1. Postupak, naznačen time što se sastoji u:
određivanju (201), prvim komunikacijskim uređajem, stanja upravljanja napajanjem drugog komunikacijskog uređaja, gdje drugi komunikacijski uređaj može raditi u skladu s više stanja upravljanja napajanjem uz veće ili manje trošenje energije, što odgovara promjenama u razinama aktivnosti, gdje se određivanje stanja upravljanja napajanjem u drugom komunikacijskom uređaju sastoji u izvlačenju informacija o statusu drugog komunikacijskog uređaja;
odašiljanju (202), iz prvog komunikacijskog uređaja, jednog ili više paketa u drugi komunikacijski uređaj putem komunikacijske veze, gdje drugi komunikacijski uređaj treba primiti jedan ili više paketa dok se nalazi u stanju upravljanja napajanjem;
prijemu (203), iz drugog komunikacijskog uređaja putem komunikacijske veze, jednog ili više paketa odgovora u odgovor na jedan ili više paketa; i
određivanju (204) latentnosti u komunikacijskoj vezi kada je drugi komunikacijski uređaj u stanju upravljanja napajanjem na osnovi jednog ili više paketa i jednog ili više paketa odgovora.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se svakog od prvog komunikacijskog uređaja i drugog komunikacijskog uređaja bira iz skupine uređaja koju čine:
uređaj kompatibilan s mobilnom telefonijom;
uređaj kompatibilan s trećom generacijom (3G);
uređaj kompatibilan s četvrtom generacijom (4G);
uređaj kompatibilan s dugotrajnim razvojem (LTE);
Wi-Fi uređaj;
Wi-Fi pristupna točka;
Wi-Fi postaja;
modem;
usmjerivač;
pristupnik;
modem za digitalnu pretplatničku liniju (DSL), kao oprema smještena kod klijenta (CPE);
kućni uređaj za napajanje električnom energijom;
uređaj na bazi HomePNA (HPNA);
kućni koaksijalni distribucijski uređaj;
uređaj kompatibilan s G.hn;
kućni mjerni komunikacijski uređaj;
kućni uređaj komunikacijski spojen na LAN;
bežična femtoćelijska bazna postaja;
bežična pikoćelijska bazna postaja;
bežična maloćelijska bazna postaja;
bežično kompatibilna bazna postaja;
repetitor za bežični mobilni uređaj;
bazna postaja bežičnog mobilnog uređaja;
Ethernetski pristupnik;
računalni uređaj spojen na LAN;
HomePlug uređaj;
uređaj za pristup širokopojasnoj vezi preko linije za napajanje (BPL) kompatibilan sa standardom IEEE P1901;
računalni periferni uređaj spojen na Ethernet;
usmjerivač spojen na Ethernet;
bežični most spojen na Ethernet;
most spojen na Ethernetsku mrežu; i
sklopka spojena na Ethernetsku mrežu.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se određivanje stanja upravljanja napajanjem u drugom komunikacijskom uređaju sastoji u:
određivanju je li drugi komunikacijski uređaj u stanju nemirovanja nakon slanja jednog ili više početnih paketa u drugi komunikacijski uređaj,
gdje jedan ili više početnih paketa uzrokuju prijelaz drugog komunikacijskog uređaja u stanje nemirovanja prilikom prijema u stanju mirovanja, te ostajanje u stanju nemirovanja prilikom prijema u stanju nemirovanja.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što je stanje nemirovanja u drugom komunikacijskom uređaju stanje nemirovanja komunikacijskog sučelja drugog komunikacijskog uređaja.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se izvlačenje informacija o statusu drugog komunikacijskog uređaja sastoji u izvlačenju informacija o statusu koje ukazuju je li drugi komunikacijski uređaj u stanju mirovanja ili u stanju nemirovanja.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se izvlačenje informacija o statusu drugog komunikacijskog uređaja sastoji u:
(a) izvlačenju informacija o statusu prije odašiljanja jednog ili više paketa; i/ili
(b) izvlačenju informacija o statusu nakon odašiljanja jednog ili više paketa.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje:
određivanje karakteristika latentnosti u komunikacijskoj vezi na osnovi više mjerenja latentnosti i više određivanja stanja upravljanja napajanjem u drugom komunikacijskom uređaju.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što slanje jednog ili više paketa generira tok prometa koji ima statističke karakteristike, gdje postupak dodatno uključuje:
određivanje karakteristika latentnosti u komunikacijskoj vezi s tokom prometa na osnovi više mjerenja latentnosti i više određivanja stanja upravljanja napajanjem u drugom komunikacijskom uređaju dok tok prometa teče.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što su jedan ili više paketa TCP SYN paketi, poslani u nedostupna vrata drugog komunikacijskog uređaja, a jedan ili više paketa odgovora su TCP RST paket.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što su jedan ili više paketa paketi zahtjeva za ICMP odjekom, a jedan ili više paketa odgovora su ICMP paketi odgovora.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje:
mijenjanje, za prvi komunikacijski uređaj, jednog ili više parametara na osnovi određene latentnosti u komunikacijskoj vezi, uključujući jedno ili više od:
parametra ponovnog slanja,
sheme moduliranja i kodiranja,
kanala,
radio pojasa,
povezivanja kanala,
duljine intervala nadzora,
praga fragmentiranja,
granice ponovnih pokušaja,
parametra zahtjeva za slanje (RTS) i parametra dopuštenja slanja (CTS),
intervala radio fara,
snage odašiljanja,
više modova antene,
podešavanja uvoda,
maksimalne stope bitova i
parametra konfiguriranja kvalitete usluge (QoS).
12. Neprolazni strojno čitljivi medij za pohranu, naznačen time što sadrži strojno izvršive upute kojima pristupa računalo, koje uzrokuju da računalo provede postupak koji se sastoji u:
slanju uputa u prvi komunikacijski uređaj koje uzrokuju da prvi komunikacijski uređaj provede postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
13. Sustav, naznačen time što je podešen za provođenje postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11.
