Claims (10)
1. Postupak bez otapala za pripremu polimera (met)akrilne kiseline u otopini, pri čemu navedeni polimer ima molekulsku masu manje od 8000 g/mol i indeks polidisperznosti (PI) između 2 i 5, naznačen time da sadrži sljedeće korake:
a) voda se uvodi u reaktor za sintezu,
b) reaktor se zagrijava na temperaturu od najmanje 60°C,
c) u reaktor se kontinuirano i istovremeno uvode sljedeći spojevi:
c1) (met)akrilni monomer(i) koji se trebaju polimerizirati,
c2) inicijatorski sustav polimerizacije,
c3) spoj formule (I):

prema kojem:
- X predstavlja Na, K ili H, i
- R predstavlja alkilni lanac koji sadrži 1 do 5 atoma ugljika,
u takvoj količini da je maseni postotak (težina/težina) između navedenog spoja formule (I) i navedenog (met)akril monomer(a) između 0,1 i 2,5%,
postupak prema kojem se u koraku a) i/ili koraku c) natrijev hipofosfit NaPO2H2 ili njegov derivat uvodi u reaktor za sintezu u ukupnoj količini tako da je maseni postotak (težina/težina) između NaPO2H2 i navedenog (met)akrilnog monomera je između 2,9 i 5,8 masenih %.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je inicijatorski sustav polimerizacije c2) vodikov peroksid.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je masni postotak (težina/težina) između navedenog spoja formule (I) i navedenog (met)akril monomer(a) između 0,15 i 2%.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da navedeni postupak ne sadrži nijedan korak uklanjanja nusproizvoda reakcije nakon koraka polimerizacije c).
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se natrijev hipofosfit NaPO2H2 unosi u reaktor u ukupnoj količini tako da je maseni postotak (težina/ težina) između natrijevog hipofosfita NaPO2H2 ili njegovog derivata i navedenog (met)akril monomera između 3,3 i 5,4 masenih%.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je sav natrijev hipofosfit uveden u reaktor za sintezu tijekom koraka a).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dobivena polimerna otopina (met)akrilne kiseline sadrži nepolimerizirani (met)akrilni monomer(e) u količini manjoj od 1,2 masenih %, kako je određeno tekućinskom kromatografijom visokih performansi (HPLC).
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dobivena polimerna otopina (met)akrilne kiseline sadrži fosfatne ione HPO42- u količini manjoj od 0,4 mas %, što je određeno ionskom kromatografijom.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je spoj formule (I) takav da R je CH3, a X je Na.
10. Upotreba natrijevog hipofosfita NaPO2H2 ili njegovog derivata i spoja formule (I):

naznačena time da:
- X predstavlja Na, K ili H i
- R predstavlja alkilni lanac koji sadrži 1 do 5 atoma ugljika,
za pripremu polimera (met)akrilne kiseline u otopini, navedeni polimer ima molekulsku masu manju od 8000 g/mol i indeks polidisperznosti (PI) između 2 i 5; za koji je masni postotak (težina/težina) između navedenog
spoja formule (I) i navedene (met) akrilne kiseline između 0,1 i 2,5% i masni postotak (težina/težina) Između NaPO2H2 i navedene (met) akrilne kiseline nalazi se između 2,9 i 5,8 masenih %.
