Claims (8)

1. Sustav za prijenos tekućine i izvođenje reakcija koji uključuje: uređaj za prijenos tekućine (100) koji sadrži kućište s vrhom pipete (120) i sklopom klipa (130); rezervoar za tekućinu (300); i reakcijsku komoru (200), u kojoj je kućište uređaja za prijenos tekućine (100) konfigurirano tako da se može zapečatljivo zahvaćati s reakcijskom komorom (200); pri čemu je uređaj za prijenos tekućine (100) konfiguriran tako da se može blokirati s reakcijskom komorom (200) bez, prije, tijekom i / ili nakon unosa; i gdje je reakcijska komora (200) konfigurirana za blokiranje sa spremnikom tekućine (300); sustav je pogodan za: (i) dobivanje uzorka tekućine iz spremnika tekućine (300) pomoću uređaja za prijenos tekućine (100); i (ii) doziranje tekućeg uzorka u reakcijsku komoru (200).

5. Sustav iz zahtjeva 1, naznačen time da dolazi do pomicanja kućišta u odnosu na sklop klipa (130) u stvaranju vakuuma unutar vrha pipete (120).
