Claims (14)

1. Smjesa dodataka za deemulzifikaciju emulzije vode u ulju koja nastaje kao posljedica miješanja vode i nafte nafte, naznačen time da smjesa sadrži: a. spoj izabran iz skupine koja sadrži: (i) glioksal (ii) neutralizirani glioksal, i (iii) njihovu mješavinu; i b. barem jedan deemulgator, koji deemulgator je izabran iz grupe koja sadrži: (i) produkt kondenzacije: i) nonil fenola i amil fenola, i formaldehida; ii) nonil fenola i butil fenola, i formaldehida; iii) nonil fenola i formaldehida; iv) amil fenola i formaldehida v) butil fenola i fomaldehida; vi) alkil fenola i formaldehida; ili vii) njihovu mješavinu; (ii) produkt kondenzacije: i) kardanola, nonil fenola i amil fenola, i formaldehida; ii) kardanola, nonil fenola i butil fenola, i formaldehida; iii) kardanola, nonil fenola i formaldehida; iv) kardanola, amil fenola i formaldehida; v) kardanola, butil fenola i formaldehida; vi) kardanola, alkil fenola i formaldehida; ili vii) njihovu mješavinu; (iii) njihov oksialkilirani produkt kondenzacije; (iv) njihov oksialkilirani produkt kondenzacije dobiven oksialkilacijom etilen oksidom, propilen oksidom, butilen oksidom ili njihovom mješavinom; (v) oksialkilirani kopolimer ili oksialkilirani polimer produkta kondenzacije.
2. Smjesa dodataka za deemulzifikaciju prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da neutralizirani glioksal je glioksal koji ima pH neutralni do lužnati.
3. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time da pH neutralni do lužnati obuhvaća pH koji varira od oko 7 do oko 12.
4. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 3, naznačena time da se neutralizirani glioksal dobiva neutralizacijom glioksala s aminom ili u lužnatom mediju.
5. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačena time da, amin sadrži trietanol amin (TEA).
6. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačena time da lužnati medij sadrži vodenu otopinu natrijevog hidroksida.
7. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 6, naznačena time da neutralizirani glioksal sadrži neutralizirani derivat glioksala.
8. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je oksialkilirani produkt kondenzacije odabran iz grupe koja sadrži: i) nonil fenol i amil fenol, i formaldehid; ii) nonil fenol i butil fenol, i formaldehid; iii) nonil fenol i formaldehid; iv) amil fenol i formaldehid; v) butil fenol i fomaldehid; vi) alkil fenol i formaldehid; i vii) njihovu mješavinu.
9. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je oksialkilirani produkt kondenzacije odabran iz grupe koja sadrži: i) kardanol, nonil fenol i amil fenol, i formaldehid; ii) kardanol, nonil fenol i butil fenol, i formaldehid; iii) kardanol, nonil fenol i formaldehid; iv) kardanol, amil fenol i formaldehid; v) kardanol, butil fenol i formaldehid; vi) kardanol, alkil fenol i formaldehid; i vii) njihovu mješavinu.
10. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je deemulgator izabran iz grupe koja sadrži: i) oksialkilirane nonil fenol i amil fenol formaldehid kopolimere; ii) oksialkilirane nonil fenol i butil fenol formaldehid kopolimere; iii) oksialkilirane nonil fenol formaldehid polimere; iv) oksialkilirane amil fenol formaldehid polimere; v) oksialkilirane butil fenol fomaldehid polimere; vi) oksialkilirane alkil fenol formaldehid polimere; i vii) njihovu mješavinu.
11. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je deemulgator izabran iz grupe koja sadrži: i) oksialkilirane kardanol, nonil fenol i amil fenol, i formaldehid kopolimere; ii) oksialkilirane kardanol, nonil fenol i butil fenol i formaldehid kopolimere; iii) oksialkilirane kardanol, nonil fenola i formaldehid polimere; iv) oksialkilirane kardanol, amil fenol i formaldehid polimere; v) oksialkilirane kardanol, butil fenol i formaldehid polimere; vi) oksialkilirane kardanol, alkil fenol i formaldehid polimere; i vii) njihovu mješavinu.
12. Smjesa za deemulzifikaciju prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 11, naznačena time da smjesa sadrži: a) od oko 0.1 to do oko 99.1% po težini smjese izabrane iz grupe koja sadrži glikosal, neutralizirani glikosal, i njihovu mješavinu; i b) od oko 99.1% do oko 0.1% po težini jednog ili više deemulgatora.
13. Postupak deemulzifikacije emulzije vode u ulju naznačen time da se emulzija vode u ulju tretira smjesom dodataka za deemulzifikaciju opisanog prema bilo kojem prethodnom patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 12.
14. Postupak upotrebe smjese dodataka za deemulzifikaciju prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12 za deemulzifikaciju emulzije vode u ulju, naznačen time da se smjesa dodataka za deemulzifikaciju dodaje emulziji vode u ulju koja nastaje kao posljedica miješanja vode i sirove nafte.
