Claims (22)

1. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom, navedeni premaz sadrži:- kao prvi sloj jednoliki premaz od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija i drugih metala; kao drugi sloj jednoliki premaz boje na bazi modificirane CNSL smole (tekućina od ljuske indijskih oraščića); naznačen time što je količina pseudo-legure nanesene na navedene cijevi najmanje 130 g/m2 po cijeloj vanjskoj površini.
2. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što boja na bazi modificirane CNSL smole sadrži 1-10 mas.% različite vrste aditiva protiv progibanja, sredstvo protiv pjenjenja bez silikona, sredstvo za dispergiranje i sredstvo protiv taloženja, uključujući bentonitni prah (sredstvo protiv progibanja) 1-2 mas.%, aditiv bez silikona (protiv pjenjenja) 0.20-0.50 mas.%, polimerno disperzijsko sredstvo 0.20-0.50 mas.%, pirogeni silicijev dioksid (sredstvo protiv taloženja) 0.20-0.50 mas.%.
3. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što CNSL smola nije toksična i ne sadrži štetni bisfenol A, i također ima malu količinu HOS-a (isparljivih organskih spojeva), navedena CNSL smola sadrži bentonitni prah (protiv progibanja) 1-2 mas.%, sredstvo protiv pjenjenja bez silikona 0.20-0.50 mas.%, polimerno disperzijsko sredstvo - 0.20-0.50 mas.%, sredstvo protiv taloženja (pirogeni silicijev dioksid) 0.20-0.50 mas.%, emulgator 0.50-1.0 mas.%, water 15-20 mas.%.
4. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedeni drugi sloj ima debljinu premaza (debljina suhog filma) od >70 µm.
5. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedeni pripravak boje na bazi modificirane CNSL smole sadrži CNSL smolu 50-60 mas.% i 20-25 mas.% demineralizirane vode (DM), 5-25 mas.% anorganskog i organskog pigmenta kao što je titanijev dioksid, bakrov ftalocijanin, crni željezov oksid ili kombinacija dva ili više njih.
6. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što Boja na bazi modificirane CNSL smole sadrži 2-10 mas.% antikorozivnog pigmenta kao što je cinkov fosfat, željezni oksid itd.
7. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što boja na bazi modificirane CNSL smole sadrži 10-30 mas.% najmanje jednog punila kao što je silicijev prah, talk, ili kombinacija gore navedenih.
8. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedena pseudo legura sadrži Zn 60-90 mas.%, Al 10-40 mas.%, i najmanje jedan od sljedećih legirajućih elemenata Cu 0.2-8 mas.%, Mg 0.2-5 mas.%, Si 0.1-3 mas.%, Sr 0.02-0.05 mas.%.
9. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je navedeni premaz od pseudo legure elektrolučno raspršen premaz od pseudo legure.
10. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se drugi sloj prevlake nanosi raspršivanjem.
11. Poboljšani korozijski otporan ukopan podzemni cijevni element od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s vanjskim premazom prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što količina pseudo-legure nanesene na navedene cijevi iznosi do 500 g/m2 po cijeloj vanjskoj površini.
12. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija koji sadrži korake: osiguravanje elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza; nanošenje na vanjsku površinu elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza jednolikog premaza od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija kao prvog sloja; i nanošenje na prvi sloj jednolikog premaza boje na bazi modificirane CNSL smole (tekućina od ljuske indijskih oraščića) kao drugog sloja; naznačen time što je količina pseudo-legure nanesene na navedene cijevi najmanje 130 g/m2 po cijeloj vanjskoj površini.
13. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što navedeni drugi sloj ima debljinu premaza (debljina suhog filma) od >70 µm.
14. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što navedeni pripravak boje na bazi modificirane CNSL smole sadrži CNSL smolu 50-60 mas.%, i 20-25 mas.% demineraliziranu vodu (DM), 5-25 mas.% anorganskog i organskog pigmenta kao što je titanijev dioksid, bakrov ftalocijanin, crni željezov oksid ili kombinacija dva ili više njih.

Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što boja na bazi modificirane CNSL smole sadrži 10-30 mas.% najmanje jednog punila kao što je silicijev prah, talk, ili kombinacija gore navedenih.
17. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što Boja na bazi modificirane CNSL smole sadrži 1-10 mas.% različite vrste aditiva protiv progibanja, sredstvo protiv pjenjenja bez silikona, sredstvo za dispergiranje i sredstvo protiv taloženja.
18. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što je CNSL smola netoksična i ne sadrži štetni bisfenol A, te također ima i malu količinu HOS-a (hlapljivih organskih spojeva).
19. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što navedena pseudo legura sadrži Zn 60-90 mas.%, Al 10-40 mas.%, i najmanje jedan od sljedećih legirajućih elemenata Cu 0.2-8 mas.%, Mg 0.2-5 mas.%, Si 0.1-3 mas.%, Sr 0.02-0.05 mas.%.
20. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što se navedeni premaz od pseudo legure nanosi pomoću elektrolučnog raspršivanja.
21. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što se drugi sloj prevlake nanosi raspršivanjem.
22. Postupak izrade podzemnog elementa cjevovoda od duktilnog lijevanog željeza s premazom od pseudo legure cinka i aluminija prema patentnom zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što količina pseudo-legure nanesene na navedene cijevi iznosi do 500 g/m2 po cijeloj vanjskoj površini.
