Claims (13)
1. Modularna instalacija (1), osobito modularna industrijska instalacija, koja ima više kockastih instalacijskih modula (20, 20a, 40, 40a, 40b, 40c), posloženih u dva ili više slojeva, naslaganih jedan iznad drugog; gdje
moduli imaju nosivu strukturu (78), koja ima mjesta za pričvršćivanje (24, 24’, 44, 44’); gdje mjesta za pričvršćivanje služe za spajanje modula s odgovarajućim mjestima za pričvršćivanje susjednih modula u sloju koji se nalazi iznad i/ili ispod navedenog;
u vodoravnoj ravnini (x-y) moduli (20, 40) u jednom sloju su spojeni (24, 24’, 64, 44, 44’) na tijesno pristajajući način sa susjednim modulima (40, 20) u sloju koji se nalazi iznad i/ili ispod navedenog;
osiguran je najmanje jedan vlačni uređaj (62, 70, 80), koji ima vlačni element (62), preko kojeg najdonji sloj modula (40a) ili temeljni blok (6) može djelovati vlačnom silom po okomici (z), u odnosu na najgornji sloj modula (40c), tako da se module između navedenog najdonjeg sloja i navedenog najgornjeg sloja zajedno sa susjednim modulima (40, 20) u sloju koji se nalazi iznad i/ili ispod navedenog pritišće zajedno po okomici (z) prisilnim pristajanjem na mjestima za pričvršćivanje, te tako učvršćuje na mjestu;
tri ili više nosivih elemenata (24’, 44’), koji određuju prvu ravninu, se nalaze na gornjoj strani (22, 42) nosive strukture (78) modula (20, 20a, 40), a tri ili više nosivih elemenata (24, 44), koji određuju drugu ravninu, paralelnu u odnosu na prvu ravninu, se nalaze na donjoj strani (21, 41) nosive strukture okrenutoj od gornje strane, gdje se nosive elemente upotrebljava kao mjesta za pričvršćivanje modula;
jedan nosivi element na gornjoj strani i jedan nosivi element na donjoj strani u svakom slučaju tvore par i međusobno su poravnani po ravnoj liniji paralelnoj u odnosu na okomicu ravnina; a dva nosiva elementa (24, 24’, 44, 44’) dvaju susjednih modula (20, 20a, 40) okrenuti jedan prema drugom u susjednim slojevima su spojeni spojnim elementom (64);
naznačena time što
navedeni nosivi elementi (24, 24’, 44, 44’) imaju stožasto sjedište (25, 25’, 45, 45’); i
spojni element (64) ima oblik dvostrukog stošca ili dvostrukog krnjeg stošca, gdje se u svakom slučaju jedan stožac ili krnji stožac spojnog elementa nalazi u stožastom sjedištu jednog od dvaju nosivih elemenata i leži na navedenima posve poravnano.
2. Modularna instalacija u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što su stožaste bočne površine (66, 66’) spojnih elemenata (64) i stožaste bočne površine (25, 25’) sjedišta nosivih elemenata (24, 24’) oblikovane na takav način da stožac ili krnji stožac spojnog elementa može posve poravnano sjesti u stožasto sjedište nosivog elementa, bez ležanja dijela pridruženog modula na površini spojnog elementa koji nije dio bočne površine navedenog stošca ili krnjeg stošca, osobito ne na površini spojnog elementa okomitog u odnosu na uzdužnu os dvostrukog stošca ili dvostrukog krnjeg stošca.
3. Modularna instalacija u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su slojevi koji sadrže nosivi modul (40, 40a, 40b, 40c, 6) i slojevi koji sadrže jedan ili više funkcionalnih modula (20, 20’, 20", 20a) naizmjence posloženi jedan iznad drugog.
4. Modularna instalacija u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su moduli (20, 20a, 40) posloženi na takav način da su za najmanje jedan sloj modula mjesta za pričvršćivanje dva ili više modula u navedenom sloju spojena s mjestima za pričvršćivanje zajedničkog modula u sloju koji se nalazi iznad i/ili ispod navedenog.
5. Modularna instalacija u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su moduli (20, 20a, 40) međusobno spojeni i naslagani na takav način da u najmanju ruku dio modula tvori trodimenzijsku rešetku.
6. Modularna instalacija u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što nosivi elementi (24, 24’, 44, 44’) modula (20, 20a, 40) imaju središnji otvor (26, 46), tako da se vlačni element (62) provodi ili se može provesti kroz otvore po ravnoj liniji koju u svakom slučaju određuju dva sparena nosiva elementa.
7. Modularna instalacija u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što spojni element (64) ima provrt (68), kroz kojeg se vlačni element (62) provodi ili se može provesti.
8. Modularna instalacija u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što su moduli (20, 20a, 40) posloženi na takav način da nosivi elementi (24, 24’, 44, 44’) svih modula su poravnani po više ravnih linija paralelnih u odnosu na okomicu (z), a vlačni element (62) se može provesti kroz, ili se vlačni element nalazi uz svaku od tih ravnih linija.
9. Modularna instalacija u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što ima najmanje jedan vlačni uređaj (80) za održavanje vlačne napetosti na vlačnom elementu (62) prilikom promjena u temperaturi,
koji ima osnovnu strukturu (81, 82, 87, 92), pričvršćenu na ili koju nosi modul u najgornjem sloju (11) ili u najdonjem sloju (12) instalacije, nosač (94), koji se može pomicati u odnosu na osnovnu strukturu po uzdužnoj osi vlačnog elementa, te opružni element (90), koji se nalazi između osnovne strukture i pomičnog nosača,
gdje prvi kraj (63) vlačnog elementa leži (84) na pomičnom nosaču vlačnog uređaja ili je spojen s njim, drugi kraj vlačnog elementa leži na suprotnoj strani instalacije na protuležaju (70) ili je spojen s njim, i
gdje je omjer D1/D2 između prve konstante opruge D1 vlačnog elementa i druge konstante opruge D2 opružnog elementa najmanje 4/1, po mogućnosti najmanje 6/1, a osobito po mogućnosti najmanje 9/1.
10. Montažni komplet za konstruiranje modularne instalacije u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sadrži
više modula (20, 20a, 40), koji imaju nosivu strukturu (78), gdje se tri ili više nosivih elemenata (24’, 44’), koji određuju prvu ravninu nalaze na gornjoj strani (22, 42) nosive strukture;
tri ili više nosivih elemenata (24, 44), koji određuju drugu ravninu, paralelnu u odnosu na prvu ravninu, koji se nalaze na donjoj strani (21, 41) nosive strukture okrenutoj od gornje strane; jedan nosivi element na gornjoj strani i jedan nosivi element na donjoj strani koji u svakom slučaju tvore par i međusobno su poravnani po ravnoj liniji paralelnoj u odnosu na okomicu ravnina; te gdje navedeni nosivi elementi imaju stožasto sjedište (25, 25’ 45, 45’);
više spojnih elemenata (64), koji imaju oblik dvostrukog stošca ili dvostrukog krnjeg stošca; i
jedan ili više vlačnih elemenata (62);
gdje su stožaste bočne površine (66, 66’) spojnih elemenata (64) i stožaste bočne površine (25, 25’) sjedišta nosivih elemenata (24, 24’) oblikovane na takav način da stožac ili krnji stožac spojnog elementa može posve poravnano sjesti u stožasto sjedište nosivog elementa, bez ležanja dijela pridruženog modula na površini spojnog elementa koji nije dio bočne površine navedenog stošca ili krnjeg stošca, osobito ne na površini spojnog elementa okomitog u odnosu na uzdužnu os dvostrukog stošca ili dvostrukog krnjeg stošca.
11. Montažni komplet u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što nosivi elementi (24, 24’, 44, 44’) modula (20, 20a, 40) imaju središnji otvor (26, 46), tako da se vlačni element (62) može provesti kroz otvore po ravnoj liniji koju u svakom slučaju određuju dva sparena nosiva elementa.
12. Montažni komplet u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10 ili 11, naznačen time što spojni elementi (64) imaju provrt (68), kroz kojeg se može provesti vlačni element (62).
13. Montažni komplet u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time što ima najmanje jedan vlačni uređaj (80) za održavanje vlačne napetosti na vlačnom elementu (62) prilikom promjena u temperaturi, koji ima osnovnu strukturu (81, 82, 87, 92), koja može biti pričvršćena na ili je nosi modul, nosač (94), koji se može pomicati u odnosu na osnovnu strukturu, te opružni element (90), koji se nalazi između osnovne strukture i pomičnog nosača, gdje pomični nosač vlačnog uređaja može nositi (84) ili se spojiti s prvim krajem (63) vlačnog elementa, gdje je omjer D1/D2 između prve konstante opruge D1 vlačnog elementa i druge konstante opruge D2 opružnog elementa najmanje 4/1, po mogućnosti najmanje 6/1, a osobito po mogućnosti najmanje 9/1.
