Claims (15)

1. Postupak za pretvaranje ulja koja sadržavaju triacilgliceride u prekursore sirove nafte i / ili destilat ugljikovodičnih goriva, naznačen time, da postupak uključuje: reakcija smjese ulja, vode i molekularnog vodika koja sadržava triacilgliceride (16) pri temperaturi u rasponu od 250 °C do 560 °C i tlaku većem od 7,5 MPa (75 bara) radi pretvaranja barem dijela triacilglicerida i dobivanje reakcijske otpadne tekućine (28) koja sadržava vodu i jedan ili više izoolefina, izoparafina, cikloolefina, cikloparafina i aromatika; i katalitička hidroobrada reakcijske otpadne tekućine (28), bez ikakvih međufaznih odvajanja, da se dobije hidroobrađena otpadna tekućina (34; 84), pri čemu smjesa triacilglicerida, vode i molekularnog vodika (16) ima omjer vode i triacilglicerida u rasponu od 0,001 : 1 do 1 : 1 i pri čemu smjesa triacilglicerida, vode i molekularnog vodika (16) ima udio molekularnog vodika u odnosu na triacilgliceride u rasponu od 0,005 : 1 do 0,5 : 1.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća miješanje ulja (2) koje sadržava triacilgliceride s vodom (10) i molekularnim vodikom (14) radi dobivanja smjese triacilglicerida, vode i molekularnog vodika (16).
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća miješanje ulja (2) koje sadržava triacilgliceride i vode (10) radi dobivanja smjese triacilglicerida i vode (12).
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća miješanje smjese triacilglicerida i vode (12) s molekularnim vodikom (14) radi dobivanja smjese triacilglicerida, vode i molekularnog vodika (16).
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća odvajanje najmanje jednog od molekularnog vodika (36; 64) i vode (32) iz hidroobrađene otpadne tekućine (34; 84).
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća ponovnu upotrebu u reakcijskom koraku barem jednog od odvojenog molekularnog vodika i odvojene vode.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje obuhvaća ko-obradu neobnovljive ugljikovodične sirovine (25) s reakcijskom otpadnom tekućinom (28) u koraku hidroobrade .

Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da ulje koje sadržava triacilgliceride (2) sadržava obnovljivo ulje iz barem jednog od sljedećeg: kamelija, karinat, pamuk, jatrofa, karanja, moringa, palma, ricinus, kukuruz, laneno sjeme, kikiriki, soja, suncokretovo, volframovo, babassu ili barem jedno ulje koje sadržava triacilgliceride iz barem jednog od sljedećeg: uljane repice, shea maslaca, visokog ulja, loja, otpadnog biljnog ulja, alginog ulja i pongomije.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da nadalje uključuje frakcioniranje hidroobrađene otpadne tekućine (34; 84) da bi se dobila jedna ili više frakcija ugljikovodika koje imaju vrelište u području nafte (38), dizela (41) ili mlaznog goriva (40).
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se reakcija izvodi u odsutnosti heterogenog ili topljivog metalnog katalizatora.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da se reakcija provodi u reaktoru za hidrotermolizu (82), a postupak nadalje uključuje ubrizgavanje vode u reaktor za hidrotermolizu (82) radi održavanja temperature ili temperaturnog profila unutar reaktora za hidrotermolizu (82).
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time, da se frakcija mlaznog goriva (40) koristi izravno kao mlazno gorivo bez miješanja; ili se dizelska frakcija koristi izravno kao dizelsko gorivo bez miješanja.

Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da: reakcija se provodi u reakcijskoj zoni hidrotermolize (18); postupak nadalje uključuje: dobivanje reakcijske otpadne tekućine (28) iz reakcijske zone hidrotermolize (18); punjenje reakcijske otpadne tekućine (28) iz reakcijske zone hidrotermolize (18), bez ikakvih međufaznih odvajanja, u zonu katalitičke hidroobrade (29) radi hidroobrade reakcijske otpadne tekućine (28); i dobivanje hidroobrađenog otpada (34; 84).
14. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time, da se hidrotermoliza provodi bez dodanog anorganskog heterogenog katalizatora.
15. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 13, naznačen time, da reakcijska otpadna tekućina (28) nadalje sadržava organske kiseline i pri čemu se u zoni katalitičke hidroobrade dodatno provodi hidrodeoksigenacija i / ili dekarboksilacija otpadne tekućine hidrotermolize.
