Claims (15)

1. Trastuzumab-MCC-DM1, naznačen time, da se upotrebljava u postupku liječenja HER2 pozitivnog karcinoma u ljudi kojima je to potrebno, gdje se sastoji od primjene na spomenutom čovjeku, djelotvorne količine trastuzumaba-MCC-DM1 i 2-(1H-pirolo[2,3−b]piridin-5-iloksi)-4-(4-((2-(4-klorofenil)-4,4-dimetilcikloheks-1-enil)metil)piperazin-1-il)-N-(3-nitro-4-((tetrahidro-2H-piran-4-il)metilamino)fenilsulfonil)benzamida ili njihove farmaceutski prihvatljive soli.
2. Trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 za upotrebu u postupku prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je karcinom HER2 pozitivan karcinom dojke ili karcinom želuca.
3. Trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 za upotrebu u postupku prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da HER2 pozitivan karcinom dojke ili karcinom želuca ima rezultat imunohistokemije (IHC-vrijednost) od 2+ ili 3+ i/ili amplifikacijski omjer dobiven in situ hibridizacijom (ISH) u iznosu od 2:2,0.
4. Trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 za upotrebu u postupku prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je HER2 pozitivan karcinom dojke otporan na liječenje trastuzumabom-MCC-DM1 primijenjenim kao jedini lijek.
5. Trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 za upotrebu u postupku prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 3, naznačen time, da je HER2 pozitivan karcinom dojke osjetljiv na liječenje trastuzumabom-MCC-DM1 primijenjenim kao jedini lijek.
6. Trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 za upotrebu u postupku prema jednom od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 5, naznačen time, da se navedeni trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 i navedeni 2-(1H-pirolo[2,3−b]piridin-5-iloksi)-4-(4-((2-(4-klorofenil)-4,4-dimetilcikloheks-1-enil)metil)piperazin-1-il)-N-(3-nitro-4-((tetrahidro-2H-piran-4-il)metilamino)fenilsulfonil)benzamid ili njihova farmaceutski prihvatljiva sol, trebaju zajedno primijeniti.
7. Trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 za upotrebu u postupku prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time, da se navedeni trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 i navedeni 2-(1H-pirolo[2,3−b]piridin-5-iloksi)-4-(4-((2-(4-klorofenil)-4,4-dimetilcikloheks-1-enil)metil)piperazin-1-il)-N-(3-nitro-4-((tetrahidro-2H-piran-4-il)metilamino)fenilsulfonil)benzamid ili njihova farmaceutski prihvatljiva sol, trebaju primijeniti kao jedan lijek ili naizmjenično.
8. Trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 za upotrebu u postupku prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, naznačen time, da se navedeni trastuzumab-MCC-DM1 i navedeni 2-(lH-pirolo[2,3−b]piridin-5-iloksi)-4-(4-((2-(4-klorofenil)-4,4-dimetilcikloheks-1-enil)metil)piperazin-1-il)-N-(3-nitro-4-((tetrahidro-2H-piran-4-il)metilamino)fenilsulfonil)benzamid ili njihova farmaceutski prihvatljiva sol, trebaju primijeniti istovremeno.
9. 11. Kombinacija prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačena time, da je ona jedan farmaceutski pripravak.

15. Kombinacija prema patentnom zahtjevu 12, naznačena time, da je karcinom osjetljiv na liječenje navedenim konjugatom protutijela i lijeka anti-HER2 ili navedenim trastuzumabom-MCC-DM1, kada se on primjenjuje kao jedini lijek.
