Claims (13)
1. Uređaj za proizvodnju mliječne pjene,
koji ima crpku (1, 1a, 1b) za transportiranje mlijeka iz spremnika, ulaz za zrak (4) i najmanje jedan element za povećavanje tlaka, gdje se element za povećavanje tlaka nalazi nizvodno od crpke, a ulaz za zrak se nalazi uzvodno od elementa za povećavanje tlaka, gdje je element za povećavanje tlaka građen kao element za miješanje (8, 8’), koji ima površinu poprečnog presjeka protjecanja koja se ne smanjuje u smjeru protjecanja,
naznačen time što
se ulaz za zrak nalazi na usisnoj strani crpke (1, 1a, 1b), a površina poprečnog presjeka protjecanja elementa za miješanje (8, 8’) na ulaznoj strani u najmanju ruku odgovara linijskom poprečnom presjeku spojne linije, koja se nalazi između crpke (1, 1a, 1b) i elementa za miješanje (8, 8’).
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1,
naznačen time što
element za miješanje (8, 8’) ima najmanje dva elementa za razdvajanje (13a, 13b), dizajnirana za međudjelovanje između sebe i smještena jedan iza drugog na putu protoka fluida koji protječe na takav način da se provodi dijeljenje u dva ili više podprotoka i miješanje podprotoka fluida koji protječe;
osobito,
na putu protoka fluida koji protječe se u najmanju ruku nalazi jedan prvi element za razdvajanje (13a), gdje je navedeni prvi element za razdvajanje (13a) dizajniran za razdvajanje fluida koji ulazi u element za miješanje (8, 8’) u najmanje jedan prvi i jedan drugi podprotok, i
na putu protoka elementa za miješanje nizvodno od prvog elementa za razdvajanje se u najmanju ruku nalazi jedan drugi element za razdvajanje (13b), gdje je navedeni drugi element za razdvajanje (13b) dizajniran za razdvajanje i prvog i drugog podprotoka prvog elementa za razdvajanje (13a) i za međudjelovanje s prvim elementom za razdvajanje (13a) na takav način da se dio prvog podprotoka prvog elementa za razdvajanje (13a) kombinira s dijelom drugog podprotoka prvog elementa za razdvajanje (13a), tvoreći novi podprotok.
3. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2,
naznačen time što
su elementi za razdvajanje (13a, 13b) dodatno dizajnirani da tvore put protoka za podprotoke koji je, u najmanju ruku u nekim područjima, spiralan, osobito gdje je smjer vrtnje spiralnog puta protoka prvog elementa za razdvajanje suprotan smjeru vrtnje spiralnog puta protoka drugog elementa za razdvajanje.
4. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 2 i 3,
naznačen time što
su elementi za razdvajanje (13a, 13b) građeni kao spiralni elementi, gdje je osobito element za miješanje (8, 8’) građen kao spiralna miješalica, po mogućnosti kao spiralna statična miješalica.
5. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 4,
naznačen time što
ima najmanje 3, po mogućnosti najmanje 5, elemenata za razdvajanje (13a, 13b), smještenih jedan iza drugog.
6. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
na putu između crpke (1, 1a, 1b) i elementa za miješanje (8, 8’) nema mjesta prigušenja, gdje se osobito na putu između crpke (1, 1a, 1b) i elementa za miješanje (8, 8’) površina poprečnog presjeka protjecanja ne smanjuje, poželjnije na putu između crpke (1, 1a, 1b) i izlaza (11) za mliječnu pjenu, gdje se navedeni izlaz nalazi nizvodno od elementa za miješanje, gdje se površina poprečnog presjeka protjecanja ne smanjuje.
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
je crpka (1, 1a, 1b) građena kao zupčana crpka.
8. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva,
naznačen time što
su kod proizvodnje, po želji, vruće ili hladne mliječne pjene prisutna dva paralelna odjeljka puta protoka (7a, 7b), gdje se grijač s kontinuiranim protokom (9) nalazi u prvom od odjeljaka puta protoka (7a).
9. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8,
naznačen time što
je na tlačnoj strani crpke (1) osigurano grananje u dva paralelna odjeljka puta protoka, gdje se element za miješanje (8’) u najmanju ruku nalazi u drugom paralelnom odjeljku puta protoka (7b) bez grijača s kontinuiranim protokom (9),
osobito,
nadalje, drugi element za povećavanje tlaka, po mogućnosti u obliku drugog elementa za miješanje (8), se nalazi u prvom paralelnom odjeljku puta protoka (7a), po mogućnosti uzvodno od grijača s kontinuiranim protokom.
10. Postupak proizvodnje mliječne pjene, naznačen time što se sastoji u sljedećim koracima postupka:
a. transportiranja mlijeka iz spremnika uz pomoć crpke (1, 1a, 1b);
b. dovođenja zraka u mlijeko i
c. prolaženja smjese mlijeko-zrak ili mliječne pjene kroz element za povećavanje tlaka na tlačnoj strani crpke (1, 1a, 1b);
gdje se ulaz za zrak (4) nalazi na usisnoj strani crpke (1, 1a, 1b), te gdje se kao element za povećavanje tlaka upotrebljava element za miješanje (8, 8’), koji ima površinu poprečnog presjeka protjecanja koja se ne smanjuje u smjeru protjecanja, te koja, na ulaznoj strani, u najmanju ruku odgovara linijskom poprečnom presjeku spojne linije, koja se nalazi između crpke (1, 1a, 1b) i elementa za miješanje (8, 8’).
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10,
naznačen time što
se mliječnu pjenu proizvodi iz ohlađenog mlijeka, koje se zatim može zagrijati, osobito uz pomoć grijača s kontinuiranim protokom (9).
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10 i 11,
naznačen time što
se u elementu za miješanje (8, 8’) provodi uglavnom laminarno miješanje.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12,
naznačen time što
se na tlačnoj strani crpke (1) smjesu mlijeko-zrak može voditi kroz grijač s kontinuiranim protokom (9), gdje smjesa mlijeko-zrak, najmanje kod proizvodnje hladne mliječne pjene, prolazi kroz element za miješanje (8, 8’), uz zaobilaženje grijača s kontinuiranim protokom.
