Claims (4)
1. Sigurnosna jedinica za kućni stroj za karbonaciju, te jedinica sadrži:
ventil (100) za oslobađanje plina iz zabrtvljenog stanja pri prvom tlaku; i
pričuvni element postavljen tako da se lomi pri drugom višem tlaku kada je navedeni ventil u kvaru;
pri čemu navedeni ventil obuhvaća nosač ventila (10), opružnu maticu (30), oprugu (90) i kućište pričuvnog elementa (40) koje se pomiče radi odvođenja navedenog plina kroz izlaz tijekom karbonacije;
pri čemu navedeno kućište pričuvnog elementa (40) ima vod (12) za usmjeravanje navedenog plina na navedeni pričuvni element;
pri čemu je navedeni pričuvni element pucajući disk (80);
pri čemu tlak ulazećeg plina potiskuje kućište (40) prema dolje, i sila prema dolje kućišta (40) prema opružnoj matici (30) zauzvrat uzrokuje da se navedena opruga (90) komprimira i tako spušta kućište (40) i otvara područje koje je zabrtvljeno (50),
i pri čemu neuspjeh otvaranja područja koje je zabrtvljeno (50) omogućava stvaranje pritiska unutar ventila (100), te kada je disk (80) probijen, stvara se novi put kroz vod (12) koji omogućava oslobađanje plina preko šupljeg područja (15) kroz probijeni pucajući disk (80), preko sigurnosnog izlaza (95) i u atmosferu,
naznačena time što,
ventil sadrži maticu kućišta ventila (60)
pri čemu je u njegovom statičnom stanju ventil (100) zatvoren, opruga (90) je nekomprimirana i opružna matica (30) drži kućište (40) na mjestu tako da matica tijela ventila (60) leži na osnovnom području (45) kućišta (40) osiguravajući da je područje brtvljenja (50) potpuno zabrtvljeno.
2. Sigurnosna jedinica prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što navedeno kućište pričuvnog elementa (40) ima sekundarni izlaz (95) za odzračivanje navedenog viška plina nakon što je probijen navedeni pričuvni element.
3. Sigurnosna jedinica prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što navedeni pucajući disk (80) sadrži membranu proizvedenu od najmanje jednog od nikla, nehrđajućeg čelika i plastike.
4. Sigurnosna jedinica prema zahtjevu 3, naznačena time što navedeno kućište pričuvnog elementa (40) sadrži prsten (72) i kućište (74) za držanje navedene membrane.
