Claims (14)

1. Lagani građevinski element (2) koji je sposoban nositi ili nosi opterećenje, sastoji se od jednog ili više redova paralelnih komora (6), od kojih je svaka okružena cjevastim graničnim stjenkama, te se granične stjenke sastoje barem djelomično od papira, a granične stjenke susjednih komora (6) su međusobno spojene i tvore višekomorni šuplji profil (4) koji, u smjeru uzdužnih središnjih osi (8) komora (6), ima poprečni presjek koji ostaje konstantan, unutarnje površine (52), okrenute prema komorama (6), i vanjske površine, okrenute od komora (6), graničnih stjenki su opremljene s vodoodbojnim premazom (10) i/ili impregnacijom koja povećava čvrstoću na savijanje i/ili tlačnu čvrstoću papira, te višekomorni šuplji profil (4) sadrži jedan ili više redova cilindričnih šupljih tijela (12), pri čemu svako od cilindričnih šupljih tijela (12) graniči s jednom komorom (6), te su komore (6), a također razmaci ili džepovi (21) između susjednih šupljih tijela (12), ispunjeni krutom pjenom (18) koja međusobno povezuje granične stjenke susjednih komora (6), naznačen time što je kruta pjena (18) stvrdnjavajući reaktivni pjenasti materijal izrađen od dvije ili više komponenata, posebno od visoko umrežene tvrde poliuretanske pjene, i time što su pojedinačne pore krute pjene vrlo male i imaju dimenzije poprečnog presjeka manje od 0,5 mm.
2. Lagani građevinski element prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se kruta pjena (18) nanosi na najmanje jednu vanjsku stranu višekomornog šupljeg profila (4) koja je okrenuta od komora (6).
3. Lagani građevinski element prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se granične stjenke sastoje od manje od četiri međusobno zalijepljena sloja papira i imaju debljinu stijenke manju od 2 mm.
4. Lagani građevinski element prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se premaz i/ili impregnacija sastoji od termoplastične smole (10) ili sintetske smole koja se nanosi na površine u stanju u kojem slobodno teče i zatim se umrežava.
5. Lagani građevinski element prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što se premaz i/ili impregnacija sastoji od poliizocijanuratne ili epoksiizocijanuratne smole.
6. Lagani građevinski element prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što višekomorni šuplji profil (4) sadrži jedan ili više redova cjevastih šupljih tijela (12) koji su raspoređeni jedan pored drugoga, te koji s njihovim vanjski obodima (14) leže nasuprot vanjskog oboda (14) susjednih cjevastih šupljih tijela (12) i zalijepljeni su na susjedna šuplja tijela (12) pomoću premaza i/ili krute pjene (18) .
7. Lagani građevinski element prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se višekomorni šuplji profil (4) proteže neprekidno preko cijele visine laganog građevinskog elementa (10).
8. Lagani građevinski element prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je omjer između dimenzija poprečnog presjeka komora (6) i debljine stijenke graničnih stjenki (12, 42) veći od 25:1 i poželjno veći od 50:1 i najbolje oko 100:1.
9. Lagani građevinski element prema jednom od zahtjeva 2 do 8, naznačen time što kruta pjena (18) tvori najmanje jednu površinu (22) laganog građevinskog elementa (10).
10. Lagani građevinski element prema jednom od zahtjeva 2 do 9, naznačen time što ima dodatni pokrovni sloj (28).
11. Lagani građevinski element prema jednom od zahtjeva 2 do 10, naznačen time što su utor (30) i jezičac (32), koji su oblikovani u krutoj pjeni (10) ili izrezani iz krute pjene (18), postavljeni na dvije suprotne uske strane.
12. Lagani građevinski element prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva u obliku podne ploče ili stropne ploče, naznačen time što višekomorni šuplji profil (4) obuhvaća veliki broj kratkih cjevastih šupljih tijela (12), čiji suprotni otvoreni krajevi svaki prekrivaju ravnu površinu i zatvoreni su najmanje jednim slojem (60) smole ojačane vlaknima (62, 64) koja prianja uz krajeve šupljih tijela (12).
13. Spremnik za teret ili za smještaj koji ima pod, bočne zidove i strop, naznačen time što su pod i/ili barem dio bočnih zidova i/ili stropa sastavljeni od laganih građevinskih elemenata (2) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva.
14. Nadgradnja željezničkog vozila ili teškog teretnog vozila koje ima pod, bočne zidove i strop, naznačen time što su pod i/ili barem dio bočnih zidova i/ili stropa sastavljeni od laganih građevinskih elemenata (2) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 12.
