Claims (14)

1. Metoda proizvodnje umjetnih staklenih (MMV) vlakana koji sadrže jezgreni sloj (32) između susjednih slojeva (33) te obuhvaćaju razvlaknjivanje mineralnih talina pomoću brzorotirajućeg valjka koji obuhvaća jedan ili više rotora za razvlaknjivanje (1, 2, 3, 4) koji se vrte oko uglavnom vodoravne osi i povlače vlakna u zraku (5) koja se kreću uglavnom vodoravno kao oblak vlakana, a. sakupljajući vlakna iz oblaka kao mrežu (14) na propusni sakupljač (11) koji se stalno kreće duž putanje te slijedno obuhvaća početnu zonu sakupljanja (A), srednju zonu sakupljanja (B) i završnu zonu sakupljanja (C) čime se vlakna jezgrenog sloja (32) sakupljaju na sakupljaču (11) u srednjoj zoni sakupljanja (B), a vlakna susjednih slojeva (33) sakupljaju se na sakupljaču (11) u početnoj i završnoj zoni sakupljanja (A, C) te b. tvore proizvod od umjetnih staklenih vlakana iz mreže (14), koji je karakterističan po tome što jezgreni sloj (32) sadrži umjetna staklena vlakna pomiješana s gustim čestičnim aditivom, a susjedni su slojevi uglavnom bez gustog čestičnog aditiva c. te u kojima je gusti čestični aditiv usmjeren prema dolje kroz oblak vlakana kao područje čestica usmjerenih prema dolje (34) koji se na površini mreže (14) proteže cijelom širinom mreže te u uzdužnom smjeru uglavnom samo u srednjoj zoni sakupljanja (B).
2. Metoda u skladu s tvrdnjom 1 u kojoj se opskrba gustim čestičnim aditivom osigurava upuhivanjem zračne struje u čestični aditiv na donjoj strani odbojnika (16) ili upuhivanjem mnoštva zračnih struja na svaki donji dio različitih odbojnika (16) gdje je odbojnik ili svaki odbojnik u gornjem dijelu oblaka ili iznad oblaka vlakana te gdje je odbojnik oblikovan ili su odbojnici oblikovani kako bi odbijali gusti čestični aditiv prema dolje kao divergentno područje (34) čestica koje padaju, a koje se na površini mreže uglavnom širi cijelom širinom mreže te se po dužini uglavnom širi samo u srednjoj zoni sakupljanja.
3. Metoda u skladu s tvrdnjom 2 u kojoj se strujanje čestica ili svako strujanje čestica upuhuje uglavnom u uzdužnom smjeru putanje od rotirajuće aparature.
4. Metoda u skladu s tvrdnjom 3 u kojoj donja strana odbojnika ili svakog odbojnika ima razmaknute produžetke (26) na svom vanjskom rubu (25) kako bi se povećala dužina srednje zone sakupljanja.
5. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojom od tvrdnji 2 do 4 u kojoj odbojnik ili svaki odbojnik (16) ima rebra (24) na svojoj donjoj strani koja se granaju prema van u smjeru upuhivanja kako bi poprečno odbijala čestice preko cijele mreže i/ili donja strana odbojnika ili svakog odbojnika sadrži osnovu (27) i krilo (28, 29) koje se proteže prema gore s jedne ili obje strane osnove te je oblikovano za poprečno odbijanje čestica cijelom širinom mreže.
6. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojom od prethodnih tvrdnji u kojoj je najmanje 70 % težine gustog čestičnog aditiva minimalnih dimenzija najmanje 0,5 mm i/ili je gustoće najmanje 500 kg/m3.
7. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih tvrdnji u kojoj je srednja zona sakupljanja dužine takve da se 20 do 70 % debljine mreže sakuplja u srednjoj zoni sakupljanja, a 10 do 40 % debljine mreže sakuplja se u svakoj srednjoj i završnoj zoni sakupljanja.
8. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojom od prethodnih tvrdnji u kojoj oblak vlakana uključuje vezivno sredstvo koje se stvrdnjava te se jedan sloj mreže provlači kroz peć za stvrdnjavanje kako bi se dobila povezana vlaknasta prostirka gustoće vlakana od 30 do 200 kg/m3 te u kojoj je dodatna gustoća zbog čestičnog aditiva 20 do 60 % težine proizvoda.
9. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojom od prethodnih tvrdnji u kojoj su vlakna od kamene vune, vune od zgure ili stjenovite vune, a aditiv se bira među aditivima za usporavanje gorenja kako bi se poboljšala protupožarna svojstva, akustičnim aditivima za poboljšanje akustičnih svojstava ili hidrofilnim aditivima za poboljšanje hortikulturnih svojstava.
10. Aparatura za oblikovanje proizvoda od umjetnih staklenih vlakana koji sadrže jezgreni sloj između susjednih slojeva pri čemu jezgreni sloj sadrži gusti čestični aditiv, a susjedni su slojevi uglavnom oslobođeni aditiva, aparatura sadrži brzorotirajući valjak (1) koji obuhvaća najmanje jedan rotor za razvlaknjivanje (2, 3, 4) montiran za rotaciju oko uglavnom vodoravne osi, sredstva (6, 7) za opskrbu taline na brzorotirajući valjak, sredstva (5) za opskrbu zrakom oko brzorotirajućeg valjka i kretanje uglavnom vodoravno za sakupljanje vlakana, u obliku oblaka vlakana, razvlaknatih na brzorotirajućem valjku te sakupljač (11) koji služi za sakupljanje vlakana iz oblaka u obliku mreže (14) te koji je montiran za neprekidno kretanje kroz komoru za sakupljanje (8) i koji odvodi mrežu (14) izvan komore (8), a koji je karakterističan po tome što postoje pomoćna sredstva (15, 16) na gornjem dijelu komore ili iznad komore za usmjeravanje gustog čestičnog aditiva prema dolje kroz oblak vlakana, pomoćna sredstva (15, 16) koja obuhvaćaju odbojnik ili mnoštvo odbojnika te pomoćna sredstva za upuhivanje zračne struje čestičnog aditiva na donju stranu odbojnika (16) ili mnoštva strujanja u zrak na svaku donju stranu raznih odbojnika (16) pri čemu je odbojnik ili su odbojnici oblikovani tako da odbijaju gusti čestični aditiv prema dolje kao divergentno područje (34) padajućih čestica koje se, na površini mreže, uglavnom širi po širini cijelom širinom mreže te se uglavnom širi po dužini samo u srednjoj zoni sakupljanja (B) između početne i završne zone sakupljanja (A, C) koje su uglavnom bez čestičnog aditiva, pri čemu je sakupljač (11) montiran za kretanje duž putanje koja slijedno uključuje početnu zonu sakupljanja (A), srednju zonu sakupljanja (B) i završnu zonu sakupljanja (C).
11. Aparatura u skladu s tvrdnjom 10 u kojoj donji dio odbojnika ili svaki odbojnik ima razmaknute produžetke (26) na svom vanjskom rubu (25).
12. Aparatura u skladu s bilo kojom od tvrdnji 10 do 11 gdje odbojnik ili svaki odbojnik (16) ima rebra (24) na svojoj donjoj strani koja se granaju prema van prema vanjskom rubu.
13. Aparatura u skladu s bilo kojom od tvrdnji 10 do 12 gdje donji dio odbojnika ili svaki odbojnik sadrži osnovu (27) i krilo (28, 29) koje se proteže prema gore s jedne ili obje strane osnove te je oblikovano za poprečno odbijanje čestica cijelom širinom mreže.
14. Aparatura u skladu s bilo kojom od tvrdnji 10 do 13 gdje je odbojnik (16) ili svaki odbojnik (16) moguće prilagoditi između radnog položaja koji je djelomično unutar komore i položaja mirovanja koji je iznad komore.
