Claims (14)
1. Supercentrifuga s neinvazivnim uređajem za ekstrakciju, te centrifuga sadrži:
komoru ili rotor (1) za bistrenje tekućina;
i klip (4) smješten unutar rotora koji se može pomicati po dvosmjernoj putanji duž rotora radi ispuštanja krutih tvari nakon ciklusa bistrenja i punjenja; koja ima klip i ventil (42) koji omogućava pristup vodu ili vodovima (41, 41') koji prolaze kroz klip radi omogućavanja prolaza bistre tekućine bez krutih tvari;
klip se pokreće injektiranjem stlačenog fluida koji potiskuje klip tijekom njegovog pomicanja prema van duž rotora;
naznačena time da
supercentrifuga ima sredstva za stvaranje vakuuma za uzrokovanje povratnog gibanja klipa (4) duž rotora; (1) i donji kraj sustava ima nehermetičnu brtvu.
2. Supercentrifuga prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da njezin rotor ima prolaz kroz koji se primjenjuje pritisak radi kretanja klipa prema van i vakuum radi njegovog povratnog kretanja.
3. Supercentrifuga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva naznačena time da navedeni ventil koji omogućava pristup vodu ili vodovima koji prolaze kroz klip je jedan ventil i postavljen je u središnji položaj klipa.
4. Supercentrifuga prema zahtjevu 1, 2 ili 3, naznačena time da je ventil otvoren kada je klip na početku njegovog kretanja prema van i predviđen je s oprugom koja uzrokuje da se ventil zatvara kada je klip pogonjen sa stlačenim fluidom radi ispuštanja krutih tvari.
5. Supercentrifuga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da je ventil otvoren kada je klip u njegovom kretanju prema van i djelovanje stlačenog fluida uzrokuje kretanje klipa radi ispuštanja krutih tvari.
6. Supercentrifuga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da stlačeni fluid je zrak ili plinovi bez pirogena.
7. Supercentrifuga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da klip i rotor ili komora su izrađeni od inertnog materijala, na primjer nehrđajućeg čelika, s odgovarajućim elementima za brtvljenje i nepropusnim elementima koji odgovaraju unutarnjoj površini rotora.
8. Supercentrifuga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da vanjski dio rotora ima cjevastu oplatu za hlađenje i/ili zagrijavanje.
9. Supercentrifuga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da rotor ima jedan izlaz u njegovom donjem dijelu radi ispuštanja tekućeg supernatanta i krutih tvari.
10. Supercentrifuga prema zahtjevu 9, naznačena time da donji kraj sadrži cjevasti ispust za tekući supernatant, te je krajnji element dostupan kako bi se omogućilo ispuštanje krutih tvari izravno iz rotora bez prolaska kroz navedeni cjevasti ispust.
11. Supercentrifuga prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da ima sustav in-situ krugova za čišćenje/sterilizaciju.
12. Supercentrifuga prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da sustav in-situ krugova za čišćenje/sterilizaciju sadrži barem jedan raspršivač smješten izvan rotora.
13. Postupak za automatsko izvlačenje krutih tvari iz supercentrifuge s barem jednim izlazom za krute tvari koji sadrži stupnjeve:
- bistrenje/odvajanje tekućine;
- ispuštanje ili pražnjenje tekućeg supernatanta;
- ispuštanje krutih tvari pomoću klipa;
spuštanje klipa radi ispuštanja krutih tvari i vraćanje u njegov početni položaj; u kojem se rotor ili komora za bistrenje/odvajanje zaustavlja i ispust za preostalu tekućinu se otvara tijekom faze ispuštanja ili pražnjenja;
u kojem se ubrizgavaju stlačeni zrak ili plinovi koji uzrokuju da klip potiskuje krute tvari koje se nalaze na stjenkama rotora kroz donji ispust za krute tvari;
naznačena time da
se tijekom stupnja povrata vakuum primjenjuje na rotor tako da se klip vraća u početni položaj kao posljedica tog vakuuma.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time da je donji dio komore otvoren radi ispuštanja krutih tvari.
