Claims (12)

1. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena koja sadrži prvu bušilicu, drugu bušilicu i uređaj za potiskivanje, gdje - prva bušilica sadrži cijev unutar kojeg druga bušilica leži bar djelomično aksijalno; - druga bušilica za bušenje sadrži zavojnicu za bušenje i prvi završni kraj; - uređaj za potiskivanje uključuje jedinicu za potiskivanje i najmanje jednu vodilicu; - potisna jedinica sadrži vodeći žlijeb i izloženi zid takav da se vodilica pruža u izloženi zid; - izloženi zid leži približno paralelno središnjoj liniji druge bušilice bušenje; i - najmanje jedna vodilica je smještena unutar vodećeg utora za vođenje; tako da utor za vođenje smješten po obodu kontinuirano koji slijedi valoviti put, i pri čemu je najmanje jedna vodilica ili jedinica za potiskivanje rastavljivo ili nerastavljivo pričvršćeni na drugu bušilicu.
2. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu vodeći žlijeb prati putanju u obliku glatkog vala.
3. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, pri čemu je vodeći žlijeb približno sinusoidan.
4. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena u skladu s bilo kojim od zahtjeva od 1 do 3, pri čemu vodeći žlijeb ima oblik vala dužine od najmanje 1 i do 100 valnih dužina.
5. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena sukladno zahtjevu 4, pri čemu je broj valnih dužina između 1 i 10.
6. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, pri čemu se vodeći žlijeb sastoji od nekoliko dijelova osovine ili superpozicije oblika valova.
7. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena sukladno zahtjevu 6, pri čemu je vodeći žlijeb superpozicija dva ili više posebnih sekundarnih oblika valova, pri čemu svaki sekundarni oblik vala ima različitu valnu dužinu i/ili razmak između vrha i dna vala.
8. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu vodeći kanal ima razmak između vrha i dna vala između 1 mm i 400mm.
9. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena sukladno zahtjevu 8, pri čemu je razmak između vrha i dna vala od 25mm do 100mm.
10. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena sukladno zahtjevu 8 ili 9, pri čemu je razmak između vrha i dna vala 50mm.
11. Bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena sadrži mjenjač koji je pričvršćen na prvu bušilicu ili je prilagođen da bude njime potisnut, tako da druga bušilica sadrži pogonsku jedinicu i mjenjač sadrži spojnični dio, pri čemu su pogonski dio i spojnični dio prilagođeni da surađuje za prijenos rotacijskog gibanja u prvoj bušilici na drugu bušilicu ili s rotacijskom glavom na prvu i/ili drugu bušilicu.
12. Postupak primjene bušilice za stupove od zrnastog kamena sukladno zahtjevu 11 od prethodnih zahtjeva koji sadrži slijedeće korake po redu: - prvi korak ili umetanje u kojem se bušilica za stupove od zrnastog kamena umeće u tlo; - drugi korak u kojem su spojnični dio i pogonski dio spojeni i mjenjač pogoni drugu bušilicu; - treći korak ili korak oblikovanja u kojem je jedinica za potiskivanje spojena.
