Claims (14)
1. Uređaj za rezanje i vađenje tkiva iz ljudskog ili životinjskog tijela, posebno za uporabu u vitrektomiji za ljuštenje mrežnice, koji ima vanjsku cijev (1) i unutrašnju cijev (5) koja može biti premještena u vanjsku cijev (1) na promjenjiv, koncentričan način s malom izmjenom djelovanja, pri čemu je vanjska cijev (1) zatvorena na slobodnom kraju (2), a uz sami slobodni kraj (2) ima bočni otvor (3) s najmanje jednim unutrašnjim reznim bridom (6), gdje je unutrašnja cijev (5) otvorena na slobodnom kraju (2) i na tom položaju ima vanjski rezni brid (6), te time, da rezni bridovi (4, 6) surađuju na rezni način kada je unutrašnja cijev (5) premještena, dok unutrašnja cijev (5) uz sami slobodni kraj (2) ima najmanje jedan bočni otvor (7) s najmanje jednim dodatnim vanjskim reznim bridom (8), naznačen time, da su otvori (3, 7) i posljedično rezni bridovi (4, 6, 8) od cijevi (1, 5) raspoređeni u međusobnom odnosu za vrijeme cijelog odsjeka kretanja unutrašnje cijevi (5) na takav način, da su otvori (3, 7) dimenzionirani na određeni način i pokretanje unutrašnje cijevi (5) je ograničeno tako, da za cijelo vrijeme odsjeka kretanja postoji isti poprečni presjek protoka u unutrašnjoj cijevi (5).
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da je bočni otvor (7) od unutrašnje cijevi (5) opremljen s dva vanjska rezna brida (8).
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da unutrašnja cijev (5) uz sami slobodan kraj ima dva bočna otvora (7) koja su opremljena s ukupno tri ili četiri vanjska rezna brida (8).
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, da su otvori (7) konstruirani kao zajednički paralelni urezi s paralelnim reznim bridovima (8).
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da vanjska cijev (1) uz sami slobodni zatvoreni kraj (2) ima dva susjedna otvora (3) koja su opremljena s ukupno tri ili četiri unutrašnja rezna brida (4).
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da su otvori (3, 7) konstruirani kao zajednički paralelni urezi s paralelnim reznim bridovima (4, 8).
7. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da se rezni bridovi (4, 6) protežu poprečno u odnosu na uzdužnu os od cijevi (1, 5).
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da se rezni bridovi (4, 6) protežu nakrivljeno u odnosu na uzdužnu os od cijevi (1, 5).
9. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da rezni bridovi (6, 8) od unutrašnje cijevi (5) imaju različiti kut u odnosu na uzdužnu os od one od reznih bridova (4) od vanjske cijevi (1).
10. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, da su rezni bridovi (4, 6, 8) konstruirani na ispravno linearan način.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time, da su rezni bridovi (4, 6, 8) konstruirani na savijeni, valovit ili skošen način.
12. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time, da se rezni čeoni dijelovi definirani iz reznih bridova (4, 6, 8), kroz debljinu materijala od cijevi (1, 5), protežu od reznog brida (4, 6, 8) na silazan način prema van (u slučaju vanjske cijevi (1)) i prema unutra (u slučaju unutrašnje cijevi (5)).
13. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time, da su otvori (3, 7) ili urezi međusobno aksijalno razdvojeni.
14. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time, da su otvori (3, 7) ili urezi raspoređeni pomaknuto u međusobnom odnosu u obodnom smjeru.
