Claims (11)
1. Ekspanzijska turbina za uređaje za proizvodnju energije kroz Organic Rankine (ORC) ciklus ili Kalina ciklus, sadrži:
- kućište s ulazom i izlazom za radnu tekućinu;
- barem jedan stator (3) instaliran unutar kućišta;
- barem jedan rotor (2) instaliran unutar kućišta i rotira oko odnosne revolucijske osi (X-X) ;
- kratka cijev (4) vezana za kućište;
- mehanička jedinica (5) instalirana unutar kratke cijevi (4);
mehanička jedinica (5) obuhvaća čahuru (7) i vratilo (6) rotatabilno instalirano unutar čahure (7); vratilo (6) rotira oko revolucijske osi (X-X) i spojeno je s rotorom (2);
pri čemu je rotor (2) pomičan duž aksijalnog smjera (X-X) između prve konfiguracije, u kojoj je mehanička jedinica (5) instalirana unutar kratke cijevi (4) i rotor (2) je odmaknut od kratke cijevi (4), na način da ga radna tekućina može okretati,
i druga konfiguracija, u kojoj je mehanička jedinica (5) izdvojena od kratke cijevi (4) i rotor (2) se naslanja na kratku cijev (4) statičnim spojem (18, 19);
naznačena time što je osovina (6) spojena s rotorom (2) na odvojiv način i čitava mehanička jedinica (5) je odvojiva od kratke cijevi (4) sa strane suprotne navedenom rotoru (2).
2. Turbina sukladno zahtjevu 1, obuhvaća samocentrirajući spoj (11, 12) koji spaja osovinu (6) i rotor (2).
3. Turbina sukladno zahtjevu 2, pri čemu je samocentrirajući zglob (11, 12) tipa nazubljene spojke.
4. Turbina sukladno zahtjevu 1, obuhvaća sponu (14) umetnutu u aksijalni otvor (13) vratila (6); spona (14) ima kraj (14’) spojen s rotorom (2) i integriran s rotorom (2) duž ekstrakcijskog smjera (A) mehaničke jedinice (5) kratke cijevi (4).
5. Turbina sukladno zahtjevu 4, obuhvaća sferični spoj (15, 16) koji spaja sponu (14) i rotor (2).
6. Turbina sukladno zahtjevu 1, nadalje obuhvaća uređaje za zaključavanje rotora (2) za kratku cijev (4) kada je rotor (2) u drugoj konfiguraciji.
7. Turbina sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu mehanička jedinica (5) nadalje obuhvaća utor za zatvaranje (9) smješten između čahure (7) i vratila (6) na kraju (6’) navedene osovine (6) spojene s rotorom (2), i uljnu brtvu (10) smještenu između čahure (7) i vratila (6) na kraju (6") vratila (6) nasuprot rotora (2).
8. Turbina sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu mehanička jedinica (5) obuhvaća kuglične ležajeve (8) koji rotatabilno
9. podupiru vratilo (6) unutar čahure (7).
10. Turbina sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu vratilo (6) ima glavu (14’) koja prodire iz prvog kraja (6’) vratila (6) i spojena je na rotor (2), pri čemu je spona (14) uvedena u središnju šupljinu rotora (2) a glava (14’) ima sferičnu pozadinu (15) koja leži nasuprot sferičnoj površini (16) rotora (2) koja je okrenuta od mehaničke jedinice (5), pri čemu spona (14) ima krajnji dio (14") nasuprot glave (14’) i prodire iz drugog kraja (6’) osovine (6); pri čemu je matica (17) pričvršćena na krajnjem dijelu (14") i pričvršćuje rotor (2) na vratilo (6), zubi dva seta (11, 12) međusobno se zahvaćaju tako da rotor (2) i vratilo (6) rotiraju integralno.
11. Postupak rastavljanja ekspanzijske turbine, obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
- pružanje turbine koja uključuje karakteristike iz zahtjeva 1;
- pomicanje mehaničke jedinice (5) i rotora (2) u odnosu na kratku cijev (4) do dovođenja navedenog rotora (2) do kratke cijevi (4) pri statičnom zatvaranju (18, 19);
- zaključavanje rotora (2) uz kratku cijev (4);
- izdvajanje mehaničke jedinice (5) od kratke cijevi (4) dok se rotor (2) zaključava uz kratku cijev (4).
