Abstract
turbina de expansão é descrita uma turbina de expansão, compreendendo: um alojamento possuindo uma entrada e uma saída para um fluido de trabalho; pelo menos um estator (3) instalado no interior do alojamento; pelo menos um rotor (2) instalado no interior do alojamento e girando em torno de um respectivo eixo de revolução (x - x); um tubo curto (4) restringido ao alojamento; uma unidade mecânica (5) instalada dentro do tubo curto (4). a unidade mecânica (5) compreende uma bucha (7) e um eixo (6) rotativamente instalado no interior da bucha (7). o eixo (6) está conectado ao rotor (2) de uma forma removível, e a unidade mecânica (5) inteira, incluindo o eixo (6), pode ser extraída do tubo curto (4) de uma maneira unitária a partir do lado oposto ao dito rotor (2). o rotor (2) é móvel ao longo da direção axial (x - x) entre uma primeira configuração, na qual a unidade mecânica (5) está instalada dentro do tubo curto (4) e o rotor (2) está espaçado do tubo curto (4), de modo que o rotor pode ser girado pelo fluido de trabalho, e uma segunda configuração, na qual a unidade mecânica (5) é extraída do tubo curto (4) e o rotor (2) fica encostado contra o tubo curto (4) em uma vedação estática (18, 19).
