Claims (9)
1. Detekcijska oprema (10) za detekciju prisutnosti predmeta (9) u nadziranom prostoru (8), pri čemu oprema obuhvaća:
- najmanje jedan element sa infracrvenim zračenjem za detekciju prisutnosti (11), koji je prilagođen za stvaranje senzornog signala, koji je u odnosu s jednom količinom infracrvenog zračenja, koje je sadržano unutar nadziranog prostora (8),
- jednu jednicu za obradu (12), koja je prilagođena za primanje senzornih signala, za stvaranje kontrastnih vrijednosti, u kojem dobiveni senzorni signal bude uspoređen s jednom referentnom vrijednosti, i za utvrđivanje prisutnosti predmeta (9), u kojem jedan uvjet, vezano za kontrastne vrijednosti bude procijenjen, pri čemu je jedinica za obradu (12) dalje prilagođena prilagođavanju referentne vrijednosti te vrste, da negativna povratna poveznica bude primjenjana na kontrastnu vrijednost, i
- jedan dio za izdavanje (ispis ili očitavanje) (13) za izdavanje utvrđene prisutnosti predmeta (9) i/ili jedne od toga izvedene osobine, naznačen time da najmanje jedan element sa infracrvenim zračenjem za detekciju prisutnosti (11) obuhvaća najmanje jedan termosenzor u obliku cijevi, i da je u njemu prilagođena jedna jedninica za obradu (12):
- za stvaranje kontrastne vrijednosti, pri čemu referentna vrijednost bude supstrahirana od senzornog signala;
- za utvrđivanje predmeta (9) kao prisutnih, kada kontrastna vrijednost prelazi jednu unaprijed određenu prvu stepenicu (razinu); i
- za prilagodbu referentnim vrijednostima te vrste, da negativno povratno povezivanje bude primjenjeno na kontrastnu vrijednost, u kojem jedan unaprijed određeni udio kontrastne vrijednsoti bude pridodan (adiran) k tome, kada kontrastna vrijednost leži ispod unaprijed određene stepenice (razine).
2. Detekcijska oprema (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da oprema (10) obuhvaća nadalje jedan temperaturni senzor za okolinu (15).
3. Detekcijska oprema (10) prema zahtjevu 2, naznačena time da jedinica za obradu (12) je nadalje prilagođena za prijem temperaturnih signala od temperaturnog senzora okoline (15) i za primjenu izvješćivanja o temperaturi senzornog signala ili referentne vrijednosti, uzevši u obzir temperaturni signal.
4. Detekcijska oprema (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da najmanje jedan element sa infracrvenim zračenjem za detekciju prisutnosti (11) obuhvaća naredbu (18) od detekcijskog elementa s infracrvenim zračenjem i jedinicu za obradu (12) koja je prilagođena za primanje više senzornih signala, pri čemu svaki senzorni signal bude primljen od jednog odgovarajućeg element sa infracrvenim zračenjem za detekciju prisutnosti naredbe, za pripravnost više kontrastnih vrijednosti kroz usporedbu više senzorni signala s više referentnih vrijednosti, element za element, za utvrđivanje prisutnosti predmeta (9) kroz prosudbu uvjeta u odnosu više kontratsnih vrijednosti i za prilagodbu više referentnih vrijednosti, element za element te vrste, da bude primjenjeno negativno povrtano povezivanje na više kontrastnih vrijednosti.
5. Detekcijska oprema (10) prema zahtjevu 4, naznačena time da je svaki element sa infracrvenim zračenjem za detekciju prisutnosti (11) prilagođen redoslijedu za stvaranje senzornog signala, koji s količinom infracrvenog zračenja, koja bude sadržana unutar jednog odgovarajućeg dijela regije (17) područja nadzora (8), stoji u odnosu, pri čemu je sredstvo za izdavanje prilagođeno za izdavanje jednog broja kontrastnih vrijednosti u više kontrastnih vrijednosti, koje ispunjavaju uvjet i/ili jednu od toga izvedenu vrijednost.
6. Detekcijska oprema (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da dalje obuhvaća najmanje jedan modul za bežičnu komunikaciju za prijenos informacija između najmanje jednog elementa sa infracrvenim zračenjem za detekciju prisutnosti (11), jedinice za obradu (12) i/ili sredstva za izdavanje (13).
7. Postupak (20) za detekciju prisutnosti predmeta (9) u jednom nadziranom području (8), pri čemu postupak (20) obuhvaća slijedeće:
- stvaranje (22) najmanje jedne kontrastne vrijednosti kroz usporedbu najmanje jedne senzorne signalne vrijednosti sa najmanje jednom referentnom vrijednošću;
- utvrđivanje (23) prisutnosti predmeta (9) kroz prosuđivanje jednog uvjeta, u odnosu najmanje jedne kontrastne vrijednosti i
- prilagodba (24) najmanje jedne referentne vrijednosti te vrste, koja bude primjenjena na najmanje jednu kontrastnu vrijednost negativnog povratnog vezanja, naznačeno time da
- dobivanje najmanje jedne vrijednosti senzornog signala, koji s količinom infracrvenog zračenja, bude dobiven unutar nadziranog područja (8), stoji u odnosu, da najmanje jedna vrijednost senzornog signala, koja bude stvorena od najmanje jednog elementa sa infracrvenim zračenjem za detekciju prisutnosti (11), pokazuje najmanje jedan temperaturni senzor u obliku cijevi,
- stvaranje (22) jedne kontrastne vrijednosti koja obuhvaća supstrahiranje referentne vrijednosti od vrijednosti senzornog signala,
- utvrđivanje (23) prisutnosti predmeta (9), obuhvaća prosudbu, da li kontrastna vrijednost unaprijed određenu prvu stepenicu prekoračuje, i prilagodba (24) referentne vrijednosti, obuhvačajući pridodavanje jednog unaprijed određenog udjela kontrastne vrijednosti, pri čemu prilagodba (24) referentne vrijednosti bude izvedena, kada jedan daljnji uvjet u odnosu na kontrastnu vrijednost bude zadovoljen, pri čemu prosuđivanje, da li je daljnji uvjet u odnosu na kontrastnu vrijednost zadovoljen, obuhvaća prosuđivanje, da li kontrastno sredstvo leži unutar unaprijed određene druge stepenice.
8. Postupak (20) prema zahtjevu 7, naznačena time da obuhvaća primjenu temperaturnog izvješća na signalnu vrijednost senzora ili na referentnu vrijednost, uzimajući u obzir mjerenje temperature okoline.
9. Postupak (20) prema jednom od zahtjeva 7 do 8, naznačen time da dobivanje (21) jedne vrijednosti senzornog signala, obuhvaća dobivanje više vrijednosti senzornih signala, pri čemu svaka vrijednost senzornog signala s jednom količinom infracrvenog zračenja, koja unutar jednog odgovarajućeg dijela regije (17) nadziranog područja (8) bude dobivena, stoji u odnosu, da stvaranje kontrastne vrijednosti (22) obuhvaća pripremu više kontrastnih vrijednosti kroz usporedbu više senzornih signala s više referentnih vrijednosti, element po element, na način, da na svaki od više kontrastnih vrijednosti bude primjenjeno negativno povratno vezanje.
