Claims (12)

1. Uređaj za kontrolu okruženja u stakleniku, koji uređaj sadrži: prvi izmjenjivač topline (350), koji sadrži prvi radijator (352) i prvi ventilatorski sistem (354) za potiskivanje zraka kroz prvi radijator, i drugi izmjenjivač topline (370) koji sadrži drugi radijator (372) i drugi ventilatorski sistem (374) za potiskivanje zraka kroz drugi radijator; prvi cirkulacioni sistem (360) za rashladni fluid kojim rashladni fluid cirkulira između prvog i drugog radijatora i kroz njih; grijač (41) kojim se može upravljati tako da zagrijava rashladni fluid; kontrolor (342) koji upravlja uređajem tako da radi selektivno u radnom režimu održavanja ili u radnom režimu ispiranja, pri čemu u radnom režimu održavanja grijač zagrijava rashladni fluid, dok prvi i drugi ventilatorski sistem potiskuju zrak iz okoliša u unutrašnjost staklenika i kroz prvi i drugi radijator da bi preuzeo toplinu od rashladnog fluida, a u radnom režimu ispiranja prvi ventilatorski sistem potiskuje zrak iz unutrašnjosti staklenika u njegov okoliš kroz prvi radijator da bi prenio toplinu rashladnom fluidu, dok drugi ventilatorski sistem potiskuje zrak iz okoliša staklenika u njegovu unutrašnjost i kroz drugi radijator da bi preuzeo toplinu koja je akumulirana u rashladnom fluidu.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 i koji sadrži treći izmjenjivač topline kojim se može upravljati tako da zagrijava zrak unutar staklenika, pri čemu treći izmjenjivač topline sadrži radijator, drugi cirkulacijski sistem za rashladni fluid kojim rashladni fluid struji kroz radijator, grijač koji zagrijava rashladni fluid u drugom cirkulacijskom sistemu za rashladni fluid i ventilatorski sistem koji potiskuje zrak unutar staklenika kroz radijator da bi preuzeo toplinu od rashladnog fluida i ostao u stakleniku.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 2 i koji sadrži ventil (366) za kontrolu protoka fluida kojim se može upravljati tako da spoji prvi i drugi cirkulacijski sistem za rashladni fluid, tako da zagrijani rashladni fluid iz drugog cirkulacijskog sistema za rashladni fluid može strujati u prvi cirkulacijski sistem za rashladni fluid, pri čemu u radnom režimu održavanja, kontrolor upravlja ventilom za kontrolu protoka fluida tako da spoji prvi i drugi cirkulacijski sistem za rashladni fluid.
4. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 ili 3, pri čemu u radnom režimu održavanja, kontrolor upravlja trećim izmjenjivačem topline tako da on u suštini ne zagrijava zrak unutar staklenika.
5. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 4, pri čemu kontrolor upravlja trećim izmjenjivačem topline tako da on zagrijava zrak unutar staklenika kada temperatura unutrašnjeg zraka padne ispod unaprijed određene minimalne
6. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu u radnom režimu održavanja kontrolor upravlja ventilatorskim sistemom prvog i drugog izmjenjivača topline tako da usisava zrak iz okoliša u unutrašnjost staklenika sa prosječnim protokom koji je u suštini proporcionalan zapremini staklenika.
7. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 6, pri čemu je protok između oko 2.500 m3/h (kubnih metara po satu) i 3.500 m3/h po zapremini staklenika od 3.000 m3.
8. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu kontrolor upravlja uređajem tako da radi u radnom režimu ispiranja ako je relativna vlažnost u stakleniku veća od unaprijed određene minimalne relativne vlažnosti.
9. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu kontrolor vrši prebacivanje rada uređaja između radnog režima ispiranja i radnog režima održavanja u regularnim intervalima, pri čemu je trajanje perioda rada u radnom režimu ispiranja isto za mnoštvo uzastopnih perioda rada u radnom režimu ispiranja.
10. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 9, pri čemu se periodi radnog režima ispiranja ponavljaju sa učestalosti ponavljanja koja je veća od oko 0,8 po satu i manja je od oko 1,2 po satu.
11. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu periodi rada u radnom režimu ispiranja imaju trajanje od oko 5 minuta do oko 10 minuta.
12. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu kontrolor inicira periode rada u radnom režimu održavanja u suštini u trenucima u kojima se završavaju periodi rada u radnom režimu ispiranja.
