Claims (10)
1. Uređaj koji dovodi grijanje i hlađenje u objekt ili u zgradu, te navedeni uređaj sadrži:
izduženu posudu s toplinskim gradijentom (20) koja sadrži fluid kod prve temperature koji napreduje od visoke temperature na prvom kraju (22) navedene izdužene posude s toplinskim gradijentom (20) do niske temperature prema drugom kraju (28) navedene izdužene posude s toplinskim gradijentom (20); i mnoštvo sustava za grijanje i hlađenje koji povlače navedeni fluid iz navedene posude s toplinskim gradijentom i ispuštaju navedeni fluid natrag u nju, svaki od sustava za grijanje i hlađenje ima ulaz spojen na prvu zonu posude (20) koja sadrži navedeni fluid na temperaturi bližoj optimalnoj ulaznoj temperaturi za navedeni sustav, te
ispust spojen na drugu zonu koja sadrži navedeni fluid na temperaturi koja je bliža optimalnoj temperaturi ispuštanja za navedeni sustav;
naznačen time da je posuda s toplinskim gradijentom izdužena cijev; i
navedena izdužena posuda s toplinskim gradijentom sadrži višestruke dionice definirane s prolazima navedene cijevi u smjeru naprijed i nazad, pri čemu su prolazi navedene cijevi pogodni za smještaj između kotlovnice i distribucijskih područja navedenog postrojenja.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedeni fluid koji je sadržan u navedenoj izduženoj posudi s toplinskim gradijentom je voda.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da su navedeni sustavi grijanja/hlađenja odabrani iz skupine koju čine:
toplinske crpke;
jedinice za obradu zraka;
jedinice za klimatizaciju zraka;
jedinice za hlađenje;
grijači vode;
postrojenja za led; i
njihove kombinacije.
4. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži:
sredstva za osiguravanje izjednačenja topline za navedenu posudu s toplinskim gradijentom.
5. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time da navedena sredstva za osiguravanje izjednačenja topline sadrže:
kotao za izmjenu topline.
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da dodatno sadrži:
sredstva za odbacivanje viška topline iz navedene posude s toplinskim gradijentom.
7. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da navedena sredstva za odbacivanje viška topline sadrže:
hladnjak fluida.
8. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da navedena sredstva za odbacivanje viška topline sadrže:
toplinski spremnik iz kojeg se može vraćati toplina tijekom kasnijeg perioda rada.
9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da navedene višestruke dionice navedene izdužene posude s toplinskim gradijentom sadrže, postepeno:
dionicu za vrelu vodu;
dionicu za toplu vodu;
dionicu za hladnu vodu; i
dionicu za ledenu vodu.
10. Postupak za dovođenje grijanja i hlađenja u objekt, te navedeni postupak obuhvaća korake:
osiguravanje izdužene posude s toplinskim gradijentom prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva; i
dovođenje navedenog fluida iz posude s toplinskim gradijentom do većeg broja sustava za grijanje i hlađenje, te korak dovođenja navedenog fluida iz posude s toplinskim gradijentom da navedenog većeg broja sustava za grijanje i hlađenje obuhvaća izvlačenje navedenog fluida iz navedene posude s toplinskim gradijentom za svaki sustav za grijanje i hlađenje iz prve od zona koja sadrži navedeni fluid na temperaturi bližoj optimalnoj temperaturi ulaza za taj sustav, te zatim pražnjenje navedenog fluida iz sustava u drugu od zona posude koja sadrži fluid na temperaturi koja je bliža optimalnoj temperaturi ispuštanja tog sustava.
