Claims (16)
1. Naprava za tiskanje i sušenje umjetne folije (2), osobito PP, PS ili PE folija, koja sadrži više parova za ofsetni tisak (10, 12, 14, 16) za tiskanje na foliju (2) različitim načinima otiskivanja tinte, te najmanje jednu stanicu za sušenje plamenom (18) za sušenje plamenom otisnute strane folije (2), naznačen time što se između zadnjeg para za tiskanje (16) i najmanje jedne stanice za sušenje plamenom (18) nalazi valjak za napinjanje (24) koji djeluje na neotisnutu površinu folije i podvrgava foliju vlačnoj napetosti, tako da napetost folije u području sušenja plamenom bude smanjena u usporedbi s napetošću folije u području tiskanja.
2. Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što je valjak za napinjanje (24) pogonski vakuumski valjak koji ima više otvora načinjenih na svojoj cilindričnoj površini, gdje vakuumski valjak služi za podvrgavanje folije vakuumu preko njegovih otvora.
3. Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što se između zadnjeg para za tiskanje (16) i stanice za sušenje plamenom (18), te u smjeru kretanja folije iza stanice za sušenje plamenom (18) nalazi valjak za zakretanje (26, 28), od kojih je svaki položen pod otprilike 45° u odnosu na smjer kretanja folije.
4. Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačena time što valjci za zakretanje (26, 28) služe kao stacionarni valjci za zračni jastuk, koji su zbog otvora načinjenih na njihovoj cilindričnoj površini pogodni za podvrgavanje folije zračnom jastuku.
5. Naprava u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što stanica za sušenje plamenom (18) sadrži više naprava za sušenje plamenom, čije mlaznice održavaju razmak od 0,5 do 4 cm od folije.
6. Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačena time što svaka od naprava za sušenje plamenom sadrži izlaznu mlaznica za plamen, čiju se duljinu slobodnog otvora može mijenjati pomoću naprava za zatvaranje koje se nalaze na izlaznoj strani.
7. Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5 ili 6, naznačena time što se stanicu za sušenje plamenom (18) hladi vodom.
8. Naprava u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačena time što se iznad stanice za sušenje plamenom (18) nalazi stanica za isisavanje (30) plinova nastalih u postupku sušenja plamenom.
9. Naprava u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se između stanice za sušenje plamenom (18) i valjka za zakretanje prema straga (28) nalazi tunel za hlađenje (32), a nakon valjka za zakretanje prema straga (28) se nalazi jedinica za hlađenje, gdje jedinicu za hlađenje čine valjci za hlađenje obloženi teflonom.
10. Naprava u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se u području stanice za sušenje plamenom ispod folije (2) nalaze hlađeni valjci, koji služe kao valjci za prijenos folije.
11. Postupak tiskanja i sušenja umjetne folije (2), osobito PP, PS ili PE folije, gdje se foliju (2) tiska ofsetnim tiskom različitim načinima otiskivanja tinte, a zatim podvrgava sušenju plamenom na otisnutoj strani, naznačen time što se foliju nakon tiskanja i prije sušenja plamenom podvrgava vlačnoj napetosti na neotisnutoj strani, tako da napetost folije u području sušenja plamenom bude smanjena u usporedbi s napetošću folije u području tiskanja.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što se foliju (2) nakon tiskanja i prije sušenja plamenom i u smjeru kretanja folije nakon sušenja plamenom zakreće u svakom slučaju za otprilike 90°.
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time što se foliju (2) prilikom zakretanja vodi preko zračnog jastuka.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačen time što se širinu plamena prilikom sušenja plamenom može podesiti.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 14, naznačen time što se plinove nastale prilikom sušenja plamenom isiše.
16. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 15, naznačen time što se foliju hladi između sušenja plamenom i zakretanja prema straga i nakon zakretanja prema straga.
