Claims (26)
1. Proces razdvajanja silikata i karbonata alkalijskih zemnih metala, naznačen time što taj proces obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
a) nabava barem jednog mineralnog materijala koji sadrži barem jedan silikat i barem jedan karbonat alkalijskog zemnog metala, taj mineralni materijal ima promjer prosječno teške čestice u rasponu od 5 do 1 000 µm;
b) nabava barem jednog hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina, gdje:
i) polialkilenimin se hidrofobno modificira tako da se na svim ili nekim vodicima zamijene njihove primarne i/ili sekundarne amino skupine s funkcionalnom skupinom R, gdje R obuhvaća linearni ili razgranati ili ciklički alkil i/ili arilnu skupinu i sadrži 1 do 32 atoma ugljika;
ii) prije modifikacije, polialkilenimin ima barem 3 alkilenimin ponavljajuće jedinice i molekulsku težinu između 140 i 100 000 g/mol;
iii) modifikacija polialkilenimina za rezultat daje povećanje količine atoma C, u odnosu na nemodificirani polialkilenimin, za između 1 i 80%;
c) dovođenje u doticaj tog (tih) mineralnih materijala iz koraka a) s hidrofobno modificiranim polialkileniminom(iminima) iz koraka b), u jednom ili više koraka, u vodenom okruženju radi formiranja vodene suspenzije s pH između 7 i 10;
d) prolaz plina kroz suspenziju iz koraka c);
e) dobivanje, iz suspenzije, proizvoda koji sadrži karbonat alkalijskih zemnih metala i proizvod koji sadrži silikat, pri čemu su te hidrofobizirane čestice sa silikatom koncentrirane u plutajućoj pjeni na površini suspenzije;
f) povišenje pH silikatne frakcije iz koraka e) u vodenom okruženju za barem 0.5 pH jedinica radi desorpcije cijelog ili dijela hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina iz silikatne frakcije te ekstrakcija hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina u tekućinu za ispiranje, i
g) obrada tekuće frakcije iz koraka f) kiselinom radi snižavanja pH te tekuće frakcije za barem 0.5 pH jedinica radi dobivanja hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina prikladnog za uporabu kao hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina iz koraka b).
2. Proces prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je karbonat alkalijskog zemnog metala iz koraka a) kalcijev i/ili magnezijev karbonat, i poželjnije kalcijev karbonat kao što je mramor ili dolomit koji sadrže kalcijev karbonat.
3. Proces prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je silikat iz koraka a) silika, tinjac (mica) ili feldšpar, i poželjno je kvarc.
4. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je težinski omjer tog karbonata alkalijskog zemnog metala prema silikatu u mineralnom materijalu iz koraka a) od 0.1:99.9 do 99.9:0.1, i poželjno od 80:20 do 99:1.
5. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što ukupno taj karbonat alkalijskog zemnog metala i silikati čine najmanje 95%, poželjno 98% težine u odnosu na ukupnu težinu tog mineralnog materijala.
6. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što mineralni materijal ima promjer prosječno teške čestice u rasponu od 5 do 500 mm, poželjno od 7 do 350 mm u koraku a).
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što taj mineralni materijal sadrži ne-ionsko ili kationsko pomoćno sredstvo za usitnjavanje.
8. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je polialkilenimin linearan ili razgranat prije modifikacije, i poželjno je razgranat prije modifikacije.
9. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što prije modifikacije taj polialkilenimin ima molekulsku težinu od 140 do 50 000 g/mol, i poželjno od 140 do 25 000 g/mol.
10. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što je omjer funkcija primarnih, sekundarnih i tercijarnih amina u razgranatim polietileniminima prije modifikacije u rasponu od 1 : 0.86 : 0.42 do 1 : 1.7 : 1.7.
11. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je polialkilenimin polietilenimin.
12. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što R funkcionalna skupina(e) tog hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimin sadrži kisikove, karboksilne, hidroksilne i/ili dušične skupine.
13. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što se R funkcionalna skupina(e) tog hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimin izabire iz grupe koja obuhvaća linearne ili razgranate masne amide ili amine, cikličke amide ili amine, i njihove mješavine, i poželjnije je to linearni ili razgranati masni amid, ciklički amid ili njihove mješavine.
14. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što je (su) R funkcionalne skupine tog hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimin C1 do C32 masni amid(i), poželjnije C5 do C18 masni amid(i), i najpoželjnije C5 do C14 linearni masni amid(i).
15. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time što je između 1 i 30% R skupina alkoksilati, pri čemu je taj alkoksilat poželjno etoksilat, još poželjnije s 10 do 50 skupina etilen oksida.
16. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time što se hidrofobno modificirani polialkilenimin dodaje u količini od 50 do 5 000 ppm, i poželjno od 100 do 1 500 ppm, na temelju ukupne suhe težine mineralnog materijala iz koraka a).
17. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time što se hidrofobno modificirani polialkilenimin dodaje u količini od 5 do 50 mg tog hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina/m2, poželjno od 10 do 45 mg tog hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina/m2 silikata u mineralnom materijalu iz koraka a).
18. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time što vodena suspenzija nastala u koraku c) ima sadržaj krutih tvari između 5 i 60%, i poželjno između 20 i 55% suhe težine u odnosu na ukupnu težinu vodene suspenzije.
19. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 18, naznačen time što je plin iz koraka d) zrak.
20. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 19, naznačen time što tijekom koraka d), suspenzija ima temperaturu između 5 i 90°C, poželjno između 25 i 50°C.
21. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 19, naznačen time što se u koraku f) pH frakcije silikata iz koraka e) u vodenom okruženju diže za barem 1 pH jedinicu.
22. Proces prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se pH frakcije silikata u vodenom okruženju diže iznad pH 10.
23. Proces prema zahtjevu 21 ili 22, naznačen time što se u koraku g) tekuća frakcija iz koraka f) obrađuje kiselinom radi snižavanja pH te tekuće frakcije za barem 1 pH jedinicu.
24. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 21 do 23, naznačen time što nakon koraka f) slijedi korak h), koji se odvija prije, tijekom ili nakon bilo kojeg koraka g), a u kojem se koncentrira tekuća frakcija iz koraka f) mehanički i/ili termalno.
25. Proces prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 21 do 24, naznačen time što nakon modifikacije pH, proizvod koji sadrži silikat se odvaja od tekuće faze i suši, nakon čega sadrži manje od 30%, poželjno manje od 50%, i najpoželjnije manje od 66% težine tog hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina u odnosu na količinu hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina prije modifikacije pH.
26. Proces prema zahtjevu 23, naznačen time što se hidrofobno modificirani polialkilenimin dobiven u koraku g) implementira kao hidrofobno modificirani polialkilenimin iz koraka b), taj dobiveni hidrofobno modificirani polialkilenimin poželjno se implementira u količini koja predstavlja barem 30%, poželjno barem 50%, i najpoželjnije barem 66% tog hidrofobno modificiranog polialkilenimina iz koraka b).
