Claims (11)

1. Metoda za recikliranje kompozitnog materijala obuhvaća celulozu, plastični materijal, aluminij i vodu dobivene iz procesa pretvorbe, kako bi se dobio sirovi materijal pogodan za uporabu u postupku stvaranja plastike koji se ponaša na isti način kao puni plastični materijal, navedena metoda obuhvaća faze: - uvođenja navedenog kompozitnog materijala u spremnik pun vode da bi se omogućilo taloženje teških stranih tijela i odvajanje ostatnih frakcija krutih tvari; - centrifugiranja navedene ostatne frakcije čvrstih tvari, zbog smanjenja njihovog sadržaja vlage; - drobljenja i sušenja navedene krute frakcije, zbog dobivanja osušenog materijala sa sadržajem vode manjim od 2% i sadržajem celuloze manjim od 2%; - zbijanja osušenog materijala, i - ekstruzije zbijenog materijala i njegovog razdjeljivanja u granule.
2. Metoda u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1), u kojoj navedeno drobljenje čini mogućim dobivanje materijala u obliku polegnutih čestica koje imaju srednju površinu između 80 i 140 mm2.
3. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojoj je navedeno centrifugiranje provedeno kod brzine između 1200 i 2600 rpm.
4. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojoj je navedeno zbijanje provedeno na takav način da se dobije materijal u obliku briketa.
5. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojoj je navedena ekstruzija provedena u planetarnom ekstruderu.
6. Metoda u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5), u kojoj materijal za ekstruziju ima, njemu dodane, agense za fluidizaciju u količini između 5 i 10 dijelova na 100 dijelova materijala za ekstruziju, i/ili agense za davanje konzistencije u količini od između 10 i 20 dijelova na 100 dijelova materijala za ekstruziju.
7. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva 1) do 4), u kojoj je navedena ekstruzija provedena u dvopužnom ekstruderu.
8. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojoj navedeni kompozitni materijal dobiven postupkom pretvorbe obuhvaća od 20 do 30% celuloze, od 10 do 20% plastičnog materijala, od 10 do 20% aluminija i od 30 do 45% vode.
9. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojoj je navedeni plastični materijal polietilen.
10. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojoj je navedeni kompozitni materijal podvrgnut tretmanu disaglomeracije prije njegovog uvođenja u spremnik za taloženje.
11. Metoda u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, u kojoj navedene granule sadrže od 45 do 95 w/w % plastičnog materijala i od 5 do 55 w/w % aluminija.
