Claims (15)
1. Pripravak koji sadrži:
a) barem jedan fosfatirani arilfenol alkoksilat surfaktant [R1(Z)a]bA naznačen time da R1 je fenoksi supstituiran sa dvije ili tri 1-feniletil skupine;
Z je -CHR2CHR3-O- gdje R2 i R3, koji mogu biti isti ili različiti, su vodik ili metil; a je 4 do 8; b je 1 ili 2; i
A je fosfatni radikal ili njegova sol; te
b) barem jedan alkilamin alkoksilat surfaktant

gdje R je ravnolančana ili razgranata alkilna ili alkenilna skupina koja ima od 8 do 22 ugljikovih atoma; B je etilen ili propilen; te su n i n' cijeli brojevi tako da n+n' ima vrijednost od 2 do 12.
2. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time da je komponenta a) prisutna u količini od 0.0001 do 95% težinski; i komponenta b) je prisutna u količini od 0.0001 do 95% težinski pripravka.
3. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 2 naznačen time da su komponente a) i b) zajedno prisutne u količini od 20 do 100% težinski.
4. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 2 naznačen time da su komponente a) i b) zajedno prisutne u količini od 0.01 do 60% težinski.
5. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 1 naznačen time da su komponente a) i b) zajedno prisutne u količini od 0.0001 do 10% težinski.
6. Pripravak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu naznačen time da su komponente a) i b) prisutne u omjeru 20:1 do 1:20.
7. Pripravak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu naznačen time da R je ravnolančana ili razgranata alkilna ili alkenilna skupina koja ima od 10 do 20 ugljikovih atoma; i B je etilen.
8. Pripravak prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu naznačen time da alkilamin alkoksilat surfaktant je kokoamin etoksilat.
9. Pripravak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 8 naznačen time da nadalje sadrži barem jednu krutu ili enkapsuliranu pesticidno aktivnu tvar ili pomoćno sredstvo za formulaciju.
10. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 9 naznačen time da pripravak sadrži koncentriranu formulaciju odabranu iz skupine koja sadrži suspenziju u kapsuli, uljnu disperziju, uljni tekući suspenzijski koncentrat, suspoemulziju i njihove smjese.
11. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 10 naznačen time da su surfaktanti a) i b) prisutni u koncentriranoj formulaciji.
12. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 9 naznačen time da se pripravak dobiva razrjeđivanjem koncentrirane formulacije i sadrži barem jednu krutu ili enkapsuliranu pesticidno aktivnu tvar u pogodnoj količini tekućeg nosača da se dobije željena koncentracija barem jedne krute ili enkapsulirane pesticidno aktivne tvari, pri čemu su surfaktanti a) i b), pojedinačno prisutni u navedenoj koncentriranoj formulaciji, koja se dodaje odvojeno u tekući nosač ili u njihovu kombinaciju.
13. Pripravak prema zahtjevu 12 naznačen time da sadrži od 0.0001 do 10% težinski krute ili enkapsulirane pesticidne aktivne tvari.
14. Pripravak prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 8 naznačen time da nadalje sadrži:
i) tekuću kontinuiranu fazu; te
ii) disperznu fazu koja sadrži barem jednu krutu ili enkapsuliranu pesticidno aktivnu tvar ili pomoćno sredstvo za formulaciju.
15. Postupak za poboljšanje re-suspenzijskih svojstava pesticidne suspenzije koja sadrži barem jednu krutu ili enkapsuliranu pesticidno aktivnu tvar, naznačen time da sadrži korak dodavanja u pesticidnu suspenziju pripravka kako je definirano u bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 8.
