Abstract

Postupak poboljsanja TCP procesa prijenosa podataka, gdje, nakon uspostavljanja TCP veze izmedu klijenta (10) i posluzitelj (12), paket podataka se salje od posluzitelja (12) klijentu (10), i primitak paketa podataka klijent (10) potvrduje posluzitelju (12) slanjem poruke potvrde, ACK poruka, povezane s primljenim paketom podataka, gdje se prilikom prijenosa ACK poruke kod klijenta (10) pokrece vremenski element (14) s podesenim vremenom T1, naznacen time sto se ista ACK poruka uzastopno salje posluzitelju (12) u slucaju da se, zbog prekida fizickog medija prijenosa kod klijenta (10), na kraju vremena T1 od posluzitelja (12) ne prime drugi paketi podataka, pri cemu klijent (10) pohranjuje svaku poslanu "ACK" poruku barem dok se ACK poruka ne mora ponovno poslati, a vremenski element (14) se ne aktivira dok se veza uspostavlja i prekida. Patent sadrzi jos 8 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (9)

1. Postupak poboljšanja TCP procesa prijenosa podataka, gdje, nakon uspostavljanja TCP veze između klijenta (10) i poslužitelj (12), paket podataka se šalje od poslužitelja (12) klijentu (10), i primitak paketa podataka klijent (10) potvrđuje poslužitelju (12) slanjem poruke potvrde, ACK poruka, povezane s primljenim paketom podataka, gdje se prilikom prijenosa ACK poruke kod klijenta (10) pokreće vremenski element (14) s podešenim vremenom T1, naznačen time što se ista ACK poruka uzastopno šalje poslužitelju (12) u slučaju da se, zbog prekida fizičkog medija prijenosa kod klijenta (10), na kraju vremena T1 od poslužitelja (12) ne prime drugi paketi podataka, pri čemu klijent (10) pohranjuje svaku poslanu "ACK" poruku barem dok se ACK poruka ne mora ponovno poslati, a vremenski element (14) se ne aktivira dok se veza uspostavlja i prekida.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što vrijeme T1 može podesiti klijent (10).
3. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se broj ponavljanja slanja iste ACK poruke broji kod klijenta (10) pomoću brojača (16), i ako se prijeđe unaprijed određena granična vrijednost, više se ACK poruka istog sadržaja neće slati poslužitelju (12’).
4. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što se postavlja u blizini mreže mobilne telefonije i kontrolira mrežom mobilne telefonije.
5. Uređaj za provođenje postupka poboljšanja TCP procesa prijenosa podataka u slučaju prekida fizičkog medija prijenosa prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se vremenski element (14) postavlja kod klijenta (10) radi otkrivanja prekida prijenosa podataka od poslužitelja (12).
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što se brojač (16) postavlja kod klijenta radi brojanja ACK poruka istog sadržaja poslanih poslužitelju (12).
7. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačen time što se postavlja u blizini mreže mobilne telefonije i kontrolira se mrežom mobilne telefonije.
8. Program obrade podataka s programskim kodom, naznačen time što, kada se izvršava na uređaju za obradu podataka, provodi postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4.
9. Program obrade podataka kao proizvod koji sadrži programski kod koji se može izvršiti na uređaju za obradu podataka, naznačen time što služi provođenju postupka prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4.
