Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer UV-härtbaren Hartüberzugs-Zusammensetzung umfassend die Stufen:(1) Rühren einer Mischung aus mit Wasser mischbarem Alkohol, kolloidalem Siliciumdioxid und einem Silylacrylat der Formel wobei das kolloidale Siliciumdioxid tetrafunktionelle (Q) Siliciumatome und das Silylacrylat trifunktionelle (T) siliciumhaltige Acrylate liefert, zur Bildung einer TQ-Mischung, und worin das Silylacrylat in einer Menge von mindestens einem Gewichtsteil auf 10 Gewichtsteile des Siliciumdioxids vorhanden ist,(2) Hinzugeben von Acrylmonomer der Formel zu der resultierenden Mischung von (1), worin R ein einwertiger, organischer C1-13-Rest, R1 ein C1-8-Alkylrest ist, R2 ausgewählt ist aus Wasserstoff, R und deren Mischungen, R3 ein C1-8-Alkylenrest, R4 ein mehrwertiger, organischer Rest ist, a eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis einschließlich 2 ist, b eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis einschließlich 3 ist, die Summe von a + b gleich 1 bis 3 ist und n eine ganze Zahl von 2 bis einschließlich 6 ist, und(3) Hinzugeben eines UV-Photoinitiators, der Methylbenzoylformiat ist, zu der resultierenden Mischung von (2),wobei das Verfahren im wesentlichen frei von einer Stufe zum Strippen eines Lösungsmittels ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Silylacrylat γ-Methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilan ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin das Acrylmonomer eine Mischung von Hexandioldiacrylat und Trimethylolpropantriacrylat ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin der mit Wasser mischbare Alkohol Methoxypropanol ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, worin der mit Wasser mischbare Alkohol weniger als 50% der resultierenden Mischung von (3) umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, weiter umfassend die Stufe (4) Zugeben von mindestens einem UV-Absorber.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, weiter umfassend die Stufe (4) Hinzugeben von mindestens einem UV-Absorber zur resultierenden Mischung von (3).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin der mit Wasser mischbare Alkohol weniger als 50% der resultierenden Mischung von (3) umfaßt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, weiter umfassend die Stufen(4) Aufbringen der resultierenden Mischung von (3) auf ein Substrat und(5) Aussetzen der aufgebrachten Zusammensetzung von (4) gegenüber einer Quelle von UV-Licht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, weiter umfassend die Stufe des Zugebens mindestens eines Zusatzes zum Regeln des Fließens, umfassend ein polyester-modifiziertes Polydimethylsiloxan.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin der UV-Photoinitiator in einer Menge von mehr als 5 Gewichtsteilen, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der nicht flüchtigen Komponenten der Mischung aus mit Wasser mischbarem Alkohol, kolloidalem Siliciumdioxid und Silylacrylat sowie Acrylmonomer, vorhanden ist.
