Abstract

本創作係有關於一種一體成型緊密結合不會脫落之模內射出成型的具立體彩色炫光效果之片狀基材，係包括下基材部(1)與上基材部(2)；下基材部(1)係包括由PP(Polypropylene，聚丙烯)、PBE(propylene-based elastomer，丙烯基熱塑彈性體)、MA(maleic anhydride，順丁烯二酸酐)所混合的PP-PBE-MA 基層；上基材部(2)由下而上依序包括鍍膜層(21)、PP 層(22)或PET(polyethyleneterephthalate，聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)層；且該下基材部(1)與上基材部(2)間係透過一體押出成型；據此，透過在上基材部(2)表面印刷與壓紋，使片狀基材具有立體炫光效果，且各層之間無黏膠仍能緊密黏結不脫離。
