Claims (7)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines leeren flexiblen Behälters mitwenigstens einer Hebeschlaufe, die im wesentlichen alle Längsfasern des Behälters beinhaltet, wobei die Hebeschlaufe bzw. -schlaufen eine direkte Verlängerung der Behälterwände darstellten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebeschlaufe(n) (6) vor Füllbeginn gefaltet bzw. gerafft wird/werden und die Falten oder Raffungen zusammengehalten werden, um in einem Hebebereich (4) einen permanenten Hebegriff (10) zubilden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebegriff (10) mit Schützmateriat (5) ausgestattet ist, das wenigstens den unteren Teil des Hebebereiches (4) abdeckt.
3. Leererflexibler Behälter mit wenigstens einer Hebeschlaufe, die im wesentlichen alle Längsfasern des Behälters beinhaltet, wobei die Hebeschlaufe bzw. -schlaufen eine direkte Verlängerung der Behälterwände darstellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebe schlaufe(n) (6) gefaltet bzw. gerafft wird/werden und die Falten oder Raffungen zusammengehalten werden, um einen permanenten Hebegriff zu bilden, und daß Schutz material (5) vorgesehen ist, das wenigstens den unteren Teil des Hebebereiches (4) abdeckt, wobei das Schutz material so lang ist, daß die Fasern des Griffes vor Verschleiß geschützt werden, wenn die Zinke eines standardmäßigen Gabelstaplers darin eingreift.
4. Leerer flexibler Behälter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzmaterial (5) die Form einer Hülse aufweist, die um den Hebegriff (10) herum verläuft.
5. Leerer flexibler Behälter nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schutzmaterial sowohl die Falten oder Raffungen des Griffes zusammenhält als auch den Griff vor Verschleiß schützt.
6. Leerer flexibler Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, bei dem das Schutzmaterial (5) dieselbe Zusammensetzung aufweist wie der Rest des Behälters.
7. Leerer flexibler Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebebereich (4) des Griffes eine Breite aufweist, die gleich oder kleiner als 1/6 des Umfangs des Behälters ist.
