Abstract
The invention relates to a bean product. The bean product comprises the following raw materials in part by weight: 60 to 70 parts of soybean, 10 to 12 parts of root poria, 2 to 3 parts of common yam rhizome, 0.1 to 0.15 part of edible agar and 250 to 300 parts of water. The bean product is prepared by the following steps of: adding water into the soybean, soaking, and pulping the soaked soybean, the root poria and the common yam rhizome together; adding the edible agar under stirring, heating and stirring; and cooling. In the bean product provided by the invention, the raw materials do not comprise coagulants, saturated fat or trans fat, and rich nutrient components of the soybean are preserved to the greatest extent. The Chinese medicinal materials are added, so that the bean product is rich in nutrition and has an extremely good health-care effect; and the prepared bean product has fragrant and strong taste, smooth and refreshing mouthfeel and instant dissolving performance, and is easy to absorb.
