Abstract

The system has a central unit that has a rectifier circuit (2) and can be supplied with alternating voltage (9), several operating devices (3), each with an associated light source (5) and several d.c. output stages (31-33) with which the central unit supplies the operating devices with d.c. voltage, whereby at least two d.c. output stages have different d.c. voltage levels.. - AN INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included a method of controlling operating devices for light sources.
