Abstract

Υποσυστήματα φωτισμού και εικόνισης για ένα σύστημα επιθεώρησης φακών. Τα υποσυστήματα περιλαμβάνουν ένα συγκρατητήρα φακών, μια φωτεινή πηγή, μια διάταξη εικονοστοιχείων και ένα επεξεργαστή.
