Abstract

Παρέχεται μια πλήρως εσωτερικώς εφοδιασμένη με συλλέκτες συστοιχία στοιχείων καυσίμου με εκάστη πλάκα διαχωρισμού και ηλεκτρολύτη στη συστοιχία στοιχείων καυσίμου η οποία έχει ένα πλήθος ευθυγραμμισμένων οπών οι οποίες σχηματίζουν συλλέκτες αερίου οι οποίοι εκτείνονται στο μήκος της συστοιχίας στοιχείων. Εκάστη οπή δια της πλάκας διαχωρισμού περιβάλλεται από μια επιπεδωμένη κατασκευή υγρής σφραγίσεως συλλέκτη η οποία εκτείνεται για επαφή προς τους ηλεκτρολύτες σε κάθε όψη της πλάκας διαχωρισμού για σχηματισμό υγρών σφραγίσεων πλάκας διαχωρισμού/ηλεκτρολύτη υπό συνθήκες λειτουργίας στοιχείου. Αγωγοί δια της εκτεινόμενης κατασκευής υγρής σφραγίσεως συλλέκτη παρέχουν επικοινωνία αερίου μεταξύ ενός συνόλου συλλεκτών και των θαλάμων ανόδου στη μια όψη των πλακών διαχωρισμού και αγωγοί μέσω της εκτεινόμενης κατασκευής υγρής σφραγίσεως συλλέκτη στην απέναντι όψη των πλακών διαχωρισμού παρέχουν επικοινωνία αερίου μεταξύ του άλλου συνόλου των συλλεκτών και των θαλάμων καθόδου στην άλλη όψη των πλακών διαχωρισμού. Εκτεινόμενες κατασκευές υγρής σφραγίσεως σχηματίζονται από λεπτή μεταλλική πλάκα και παρέχουν περιορισμένη ευκαμψία και ελαστικότητα για εξασφάλιση καλής σφραγίσεως. Each hole through the separation plate is surrounded by a flattened liquid seal collector construction which extends to contact the electrolytes on each side of the separation plate to form liquid sealing separating plate / electrolyte under operating conditions. Purchasers through the extended liquid seal collector construction provide gas communication between a set of collectors and the ascending chambers on one side of the separation plates and conductors through the extended liquid seal construction of another collector seal on the opposite side of the separating plates provide the descent chambers on the other side of the partition plates. Extensive liquid sealing structures are made of thin metal plate and provide limited flexibility and elasticity to ensure good sealing. This construction provides a complete internal collection and distribution and separation of fuel gas and oxidizing gas to each of the unit's fuel elements in the fuel cell array. ω
