Abstract

Η εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει ένα φίλτρο για το διαχωρισμό στερεών από υγρά, με συσκευή για τη μείωση της εναπόθεσης στερεών μέσα στο φίλτρο και με αυτόματη συσκευή για το συνεχή διαχωρισμό και απομάκρυνση, σε μειωμένη πίεση, στερεών συμπαρασυρμένων σε υγρά κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας του φίλτρου, περιλαμβάνοντας μία θήκη εφοδιασμένη με μια είσοδο για το υγρό που θα φιλτραρισθεί και εφοδιασμένη με πρώτη έξοδο για το διυλισμένο υγρό και με μία δεύτερη έξοδο για το υγρό, που περιέχει μεγάλη συγκέντρωση στερεών,ένα κοίλο στοιχείο φίλτρου παρεμβαλλόμενο μέσα στη θήκη, όπου η εσωτερική πλευρά του στοιχείου του φίλτρου βρίσκεται σε υγρή επαφή με την είσοδο και η εξωτερική πλευρά του στοιχείου του φίλτρου βρίσκεται σε υγρή επαφή με την πρώτη έξοδο, μία συσκευή μειώσεως του όγκου παρεμβεβλημένη στο στοιχείο του φίλτρου και έχοντας μέγεθος ώστε να καταλαμβάνει ένα μεγάλο τμήμα της κοιλότητας του στοιχείου του φίλτρου, μία συσκευή μειώσεως της πιέσεως σε υγρή επαφή με τη δεύτερη έξοδο και εφοδιασμένη με συσκευή αποβολής για τα στερεά και για το υγρό, στο οποίο είναι παγιδευμένα, από όπου το φίλτρο μπορεί να λειτουργεί για παρατεταμένες χρονικές περιόδους ενώ το φράξιμο του στοιχείου του φίλτρου παρεμποδίζεται. ω
