Abstract

Ψεκαστήρας - φιάλη τυποποίησης υγρών προϊόντων, προοριζομένων για χρήση δια ψεκασμού.Πρόκειται για μια συσκευή που περιέχει σε ιδιαίτερο θάλαμο (3) το προς ψεκασμό εμπόρευμα, και σε άλλον θάλαμο (2) το προωθητικό μέσον (πεπιεσμένον αέρα) για την επίτευξη του αυτόματου ψεκασμού.Επί του θαλάμου αέρος (2) είναι ενσωματωμένα τα απαιτούμενα εξαρτήματα για άρτια και εύκολη επίτευξη του επιδιωκομένου σκοπού.'Ητοι: αγωγοί αέρος - υγρού, διακόπτες αέρος - υγρού, βαλβίδα αέρος εισαγωγής "προωθητικού", δικλείδες ασφαλείας της συσκευής, μπεκ ψεκασμού και χειρολαβή.Ο αυτόματος ψεκασμός επιτυγχάνεται (αφού πρώτα μέσω των καταλλήλων υποδοχών που φέρουν τα δύο τεμάχια, συνδεθούν μεταξύ των) δια συμπιέσεως του υγρού μεταφέροντας "δυναμικό" προς τούτο, από τον θάλαμο (2) στον θάλαμο (3) δια κταλλήλου χειρισμού του διακόπτου (6) (κατά ριπάς).Για την απόκτηση της δυνατότητος επαναχρησιμοποίησης της συσκευής (επαναφόρτηση δυναμικού) συμπληρούται το σύστημα με εξτρά φιάλη (18) που φέρει υπερσυμπιεσμένο αέρα με ενσωματωμένη βαλβίδα αέρος (12) για φόρτιση - αποφόρτιση, και αυτόματη δικλείδα ασφαλείας για αυτοπροστασία από τυχόν ανάπτυξη πιέσεων πέραν της αντοχής της.Η χρήση της ως άνω συσκευής, απλουστεύει και εξασφαλίζει την διακίνηση και εμπορεία των τυποποιημένων υγρών αγαθών, των προοριζομένων για χρήση δια ψεκασμού, ελαχιστοποιεί το κόστος τυποποίησης και κυρίως ΔΕΝ καταστρέφει το όζον της ατμόσφαιρας αφού για την αυτόματη λειτουργία της δεν χρησιμοποιείται χημικό μέσο (χλωροφθοροεθάνιο) αλλά ακίνδυνος ατμοσφαιρικός αέρας.ω
