A compressed air storage reservoir comprises a pneumatic tyre 10 having connected to its valve the stem 15 of aT-piece 13, the other arms 14A, 14B of which are respectively connected to a pump 11 and an air consuming tool e.g. a paint sprayer 12 ; the stem 15 being provided with a pin for opening the valve.
