Abstract

Σύμφωνα με τη μέθοδο ο πάτος 3 ράβεται περιμετρικά του φοντιού 2 και έτσι σχηματίζουν μια κλειστή σακκούλα, αφήνοντας να περισσεύει μια προεξοχή του δέρματος. Η σόλα 10 εκχύνεται καλύπτοντας μόνο τα 3-4 χιλ της προέκατασης, ενώ το υπόλοιπο κομμάτι αφαιρείται μετά την έκχυση της σόλας. Μέσα στο ραμμένο φόντι 2 και τον πάτο 3 τοποθετείται το καλαπόδι 1, και στη συνέχεια το καλαπόδι με το φόντι τοποθετούνται μέσα στο καπάκι 9 τπυ καλουπιού. Στο καλούπι 8 είνα χαραγμένη η φόρμα - υποδοχή 12 της σόλας 10. Η φόρμα 12 πληρούται με συνθετική ύλη, δημιουργείται έτσι η σόλα και πριν πλαστικοποιηθεί, κλείνει το καπάκι 9 και συγκολλάται η κάτω χνουδωτή επιφάνεια του πάτου 3 επί της σόλας 10. ω
