Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεσις παρέχει φαρμακευτικό παρασκεύασμα δια εξωτερική χρήσιν περιέχον τον συνδυασμό μιας ενώσεως εκλεγείσης από ομάδα των ενώσεων οι οποίες έχουν εις το μόριό τους ένα ιμιδάζολο δακτύλιο υποκατεστημένο υπό κατωτέρου αλκυλίου, η οποία είναι μία ένωσις του γενικού τύπου Ι, όπου τουλάχιστον ένα των R1, R2, R3 είναι αλογόνο και το υπόλοιπο αυτής είναι άτομα υδρογόνου, καθώς και φαρμακευτικώς αποδεκτά όξινα άλατα αυτών ή μία ένωσις του τύπου ΙΙ, όπου R4 είναι αλογόνο, με ένα ή περισσότερα προαιρετικώς υποκατεστημένα βενζοϊκά οξέα, το οποίο παρουσιάζει μία εκπληκτική συνεργιστική αντιμικροβιακή δράσιν.ω
