έθοδος προς παρασκευήν νέων παραγώγων, φαινοθειαζίνης του γεν. τύπου Ι, εις ον R1 σημαίνει υδρογόνον, αλογόνον, την τριφθορομεθυλ-, την κυανομάδα ή μίαν αλκανοϋλ-, αλκοξυ- ή αλκυλοθειοομάδα, οπότε τααλκυλυπόλοιπα περιέχουν εκάστοτε 1-4 άτομα άνθρακος και R2 σημαίνει υδρογόνον ή την μεθυλομάδα, καιείτε R3 και R4 ίστανται, έκαστον, αντί μιας αλκυλομάδος μεθ' 1-4 ατόμων άνθρακος ή ομού μετά του ατόμου του αζώτου αντί ενός πυρρολιδινο-πιπεριδινο-μορφολινο- ή Ν-μεθυλο-πιπεραζινοδακτυλίου οπότε κατόπιν R5 σημαίνει υδρογόνον, είτε R3 ίσταται αντί μιας αλκυλομάδος μεθ' 1-4 ατόμων άνθρακος και R4 ομού μετά R5 σημαίνει το σύμπλεγμα - (CH2)2, και τωναλάτων αυτών μετ' ανοργάνων ή οργανικών οξέων, χαρακτηριζομένη εκ του ότι φέρομεν προς αντίδρασιν ενώσεις του γεν. τύπου ΙΙ εις ον R1 και R2 έχουσι την ανωτέρω σημασίαν και Χ ίσταται αντί χλωρίου, βρωμίου ή ιωδίου ή του υπολοίπου ενός οργανικού σουλφονοξέος, παρουσία ενός δεσμευτικού των οξέων μέσου εντός ενός αδρανούς υπό τας συνθήκας της αντιδράσεως οργανικού διαλύτου, μεθ' ενώσεως του γεν. τύπου ΙΙΙ εις ον R3, R4, και R5 έχουσι την ανωτέρω σημασίαν και μετατρέπομεν τας ούτω λαμβανομένας ενώσεις του γεν. τύπου Ι ενδεχομένως προς τα δια προσθήκης οξέων άλατα αυτών. method for the preparation of new derivatives, phenothiazine of gen.
